Although it is Yamahai, it has no habits and is still sharp and easy to drink.
It seemed a little sharper and more voluptuous than the standard Tokujun.
I prefer the Yamahai Jungin, but you can't go wrong anyway.
We celebrated my wife and mother-in-law's birthday in her hometown.
Here's the offering. It was in a liquor store near my parents' house!
A couple of family members are starting to get into sake, and they like easy-drinking sake, so I made a great choice.
And right on target, I was hooked (doh!).
I proudly explained to them that it's called "YANMA" (do ya!).
It's beautiful, but the flavor and schwarziness that comes out in places keeps me coming back for more.
It can be used solo, but it is also easy to match with food and has a strength that can be used with Chinese food.
It was also perfect with cake.
Personally, this is one of the top drinks I've had this year.
Very tasty!
Excuse me for repeating myself💦.
Happy birthday to your wife and mother-in-law 🎉🎂.
Great invite to the swamp at your wife's house too 😆👍 and well done! Have a lot of smug faces 🤣
Hokkaido is now in the season when the warehouse takes the place of the sake cellar.
From here until spring, it is a battle against self-control.
The aroma is subdued.
The top clear has a nice sweetness and a little lactic acidic acidity.
The amount of ori (rice powder) is small, and when it is mixed, it gives the sake a sharp taste and changes the balance considerably.
It tastes better when mixed.
It is a beautiful light and easy to drink sake.
It is dangerous because it goes down so smoothly.
I can't wait to see what the future holds...
Good morning Savanna ☀️
I drank this one too! It's really easy to drink😊It's very cold and hard work, but I envy your warehouse is a cellar 👍😄I'm really going to buy a lot 💦.
Mr. Pon-chan
Good morning.
It was a delicious drink...
One of the few advantages of winter in the north.
I can't really tell my wife how many I have in stock lol.
To accompany the training.
Purchased at a supermarket near our lodgings.
It was crisp but surprisingly easy to drink, and the 300 mini-bottle disappeared in an instant.
A companion to the Germany game.
Both the game and the sake were great.
Last year and the year before, this Jungin Yamahai Tasake was particularly delicious, and it is still going strong this year and is a quintessential stable.
It is interesting to encounter many things when you go to a liquor store that you do not usually visit.
The clerk recommended this one, and since there was nothing else I wanted to buy, I did as I was told and bought it.
I think it has a taste similar to that of Shinsei.
It is like a sour taste + lactic acid bacteria drink.
It is well-balanced and easy to drink.
It has just the right amount of sweetness and sharpness to make it easy to drink.
It can be used as a food sake.
I also want to try Sairai.
Thankfully, an acquaintance in Tochigi sent it to me.
Gorgeous ginjo aroma right from opening the bottle!
When poured into a glass, you can feel a little bit of a tang.
The mouthfeel is soft and smooth, followed by a slight sizzle.
As you continue to drink, you also begin to taste the acidity, and the wine is sweet and fruity from start to finish, but does not bore you.
It has a fruity taste like white grapes, and it is really delicious.
It's hard to return this one...
Opened the bottle to celebrate my daughter's 75th birthday!
This was the first time I drank this brand, which is sold by reservation.
Compared to the standard Otters 45, the sharpness and bitterness were stronger, and I was betrayed in a good way.
If you let it sit for a few days before drinking, the acidity increases and the atmosphere changes again.
Considering the price, I think I prefer the 45.
But it's seasonal and very satisfying!
Purchased at Sake no Marumi (Sapporo)
Purchased at a liquor store in Higashiyamato City.
For training.
It is low in alcohol and easy to drink, with a slight lactic acid bacteria drink taste.
It was a little unsatisfying, but the bitterness at the end wiped it out.
It's a two-part bottle to accompany an evening of a week-long canning training (not canning training).
I have good memories of drinking sake out of paper cups and drinking out of sake bottles because there were no cups in the room.
That was a review.
Although it says it is dry, it doesn't feel that dry because the fruity aroma that is typical of Kudokidoki deppu spreads strongly.
When it is at room temperature, it becomes a little acidic and dry, so it becomes a little dry.
Personally, I liked it fresh out of the refrigerator.
Nigou bottles are often not so cosy, but this one is reasonably priced.
Purchased at Sake-no-Marumi (Sapporo).
It was made from Akita-Komachi, I thought, and then I looked closer and saw that it was Sake-Komachi.
Is it a sake rice version of Akita Komachi?
It is consistently delicious, but I really like it because of the sharpness and dryness that builds up in the second half.
It was a taste that would be a good accompaniment for nabe in the coming season. I've already emptied it.
Purchased at Doi Shoten (Asahikawa City).
At a sake tavern in Ikebukuro.
A refreshing fruity sake without any peculiarities.
It is as good as its reputation.
I have never had a chance to try this brand in Hokkaido, so I wanted to try it.
I had it cold, but it had just the right amount of sweetness and balance that I would like to drink it at room temperature as well.
Recently, I have been posting only about Saku and Tasake.
That is how much Saku suits my taste.
However, my palate cannot tell whether it is hiyaoroshi or not just by drinking it.
But I can somehow tell that it is Saku.
Does that mean I like it?
Oh, it's a review.
...It's insanely good!
It was a fine weekend.
The nights in Sapporo were a little colder, but the air was clear and we were able to enjoy the full moon.
Sake for moon viewing.
Autumn-aged sake, hiya-oroshi sake...
We bought some sake, but not rice wine.
This was the first time for me to taste Kojo-nishiki.
The aroma is fruity and calm, typical of tasake.
The mouthfeel is. Sweetness ahead, a little acidity, a little heaviness, pleasant bitterness, and a decent sharpness.
It is quite a rewarding drink.
It is more suitable for a drinker than the normal Tazake, but it is still delicious.
The sweetness is a little ahead of the others, which makes it easy and dangerous to drink.
After two days from opening the bottle, we tried it again.
The bitterness and acidity taste increases a little, and the sweetness becomes moderate.
This one seems to be more suitable as a food wine.
Both are delicious, but I liked the first day's more enjoyable drink.
I have forgotten all about Tsukimi at this point. LOL!
Purchased at Kamata Honten (Ishikari City).
Launch at home after the exam.
I'm sure you'll have some bubbles to go with it! So here it is.
I am ashamed to admit that this is my first time to drink sparkling sake, even though I am a self-proclaimed rice wine fan.
It looks modern and not like Tazake.
The sparkling taste is stronger than expected.
The sweetness of Tasake is hard to detect, and the sharpness and cleanness are easy to understand.
This is perfect for hot summer.
My personal impression is that it is somehow a little difficult to pair with food, and I prefer it without bubbles.
However, if you have this and the Nebuta label side by side, your house will become a summer festival. The sense of the season is quite enjoyable!
Purchased at Kamata Honten (Ishikari City)
Evening drinks after a meeting with business associates.
I had been curious about "Moon after Rain" for a long time.
I had imagined it to be a full-bodied, robust, spicy wine, but
I had imagined it to be a full-bodied sake, but it was a well-balanced sake with a refreshingly crisp taste.
It is easy to drink, but also very satisfying, which I like very much!
The entrée was black oden and fried oysters.
I don't know if the oysters were from Hiroshima, but they were a perfect match.
I've been able to get Aizan and Yamadanishiki in this series, and now Omachi.
When poured into a glass, it has a smooth texture and sweet ginjo aroma.
The mouthfeel is sweet with just the right amount of richness and umami, with a tangy bitterness and a short aftertaste.
A combination of a definite crop in my opinion, and a nice combination of Omachi. It was the best!
I have yet to find Kami no Ho in this series.
I am curious to try this one as well.
I've been looking at your posts with envy.
This year I finally captured one myself.
Rumors of adult lemon squash are predictable.
Don't miss it!
The sweetness is subtle, but just right.
There is almost no alcohol resistance and you can drink it like water.
It is perfect for this season.
It has a fresh, yet refreshing aftertaste that makes you feel like you are drinking a proper sake.
The dish is yellowtail sashimi with salt. It goes great with it!
See you next year!
Purchased at Senmaru (Sapporo).
At a drinking party.
Much easier to drink than I expected.
My personal impression is that it is similar to Isoban.
A delightful marriage with fried horse mackerels!
Since the western Japan of the sake map is not filled up in the middle, it is interesting to make a conscious choice of sake from time to time with a lot of discoveries.
This sake is from Okayama Prefecture.
I was curious to buy it because I read many reviews saying that it has a peach flavor, perhaps because it is from Momotaro's country.
The sweetness felt in the firm mouthfeel and good sharpness is definitely peach.
The first day after opening the bottle, it was especially delicious, with a slight effervescence and a pleasant aroma that lingered in the nose.
I am also interested in the year-round version with the black label.
Purchased from Yamaya Shoten (Sapporo)
