Well, well, well, my favorite, Hana-yosama: ❤️ In our house, we call it Abi-sama. Hanaabi THA PLEM IUM series Miyamanishiki Ooragarami It's been in the cellar for about a year 😌. The aroma and flavor are the same. It's just a little weak. I think it's more rounded than weak 🤔. It doesn't have the full pineapple feeling in a very good way. Is it the difference in sake rice? Is it the difference in rice polishing ratio? Is it the way it feels? I felt it was a little light on the first day 😌. On the second day, a little bit of sweetness and bitterness 🤔. I think both the first day and the second day are delicious after all. Both of them were still hana yang sama...

Hello, Jay & Nobby. If anything, the THA PLEMIUM series are all rather moderate in sweetness, with a gorgeous pineapple aroma, tartness, and a nice modern edge. If you like classic wine, you can also enjoy it as an aperitif 🤔.
