#HomeDrinking Strong! It's a strong flavor of Okura, but it's so strong that it's like drinking undiluted Calpis. And of course it's delicious! I love how Okura doesn't pander to the masses, but instead just says, "Drink only what you like. It is packed with various elements, such as one-stage brewing, yellowish color, orikara, and 5-year-old raw sake, but Okura does not let that bother it, and I can only say that it tastes just like Okura! I will follow you for the rest of my life.

#Drinking at home The flavor and bitterness come at the same time, and while you expect it to be robust, the flavor quickly recedes, leaving a crisp, bitter aftertaste, so it will be even more delicious when paired with food than when drunk alone. It will go well with cheese, simmered dishes, and any other dishes with a strong flavor. The ostentatious subtitle "glutinous rice hot brewed in a four-step brewing process" might scare some people away, but it can be enjoyed without any particular discomfort.

Mm! It is exquisite! It is just like a sake made by Kaiun in Omachi. Kaiun takes the lead, and the moment you put it in your mouth, it is a slightly spicy, mildly umami sake, but the scent of Omachi comes in later. It is true that the usual Kaiun is fine, but it would be nice to have an extra version like this.

It is a little spicy with a sweet umami taste. I had an image of Tadashi as being sweeter, but this is just the right amount of sweet and umami. The sweet-savory aftertaste is very good, and the spiciness is just right to finish it off. This is delicious.

Huh? That's spicy. And it's a little short... It says "junmai dry" on the label, but I can't taste the robust umami that is typical of Chiyomusubi. It's just plain tasty, but I'd be happy with another sake. I'm glad I drank it before buying a bottle. I guess I'll have to go with strong for Chiyomusubi!

@Benefactor. How is the big spicy one from Taste Bomb Hyakjuro? When I tried to drink it, I found that the Dai-Harai was more dominant, but the flavor bomb was still there, and it was really halfway. It is neither "Dai-Harai" nor "Hyakujuro". No, it's just good as usual, but there's nothing special to note about it other than that it's just good as usual.

@The Benefactor I was expecting a wild taste, but I was surprised at how well it came together! I was expecting it to taste wild, and I was a bit apprehensive when I tried it, but it came together better than I expected. It was mild, but as expected of a 91% rice, it was full of rice flavor, but I didn't detect any cloying or wild flavors, which was a bit disappointing. Since it is 91%, I would like to see it have a little more character, but this is a very tasty sake.

@Benefactor. No matter how many times I drink this Seven Crown Horse, it never leaves an impression on me. I'm sure it's not flashy, tasty, quirky, modest, or impactful. But I like this sake. Maybe it's because it's Omachi, or maybe it's because it's unpasteurized, but it doesn't have the plainness that Shimane sake tends to have, and it has a mildly umami taste that I like. However, it is tasty, but there is nothing memorable about it.

@Benefactor The modern jacket makes me feel uneasy, but it's a little sweet and mildly tasty. I think it could be a little more sharp, but it's nice and soft. It's a good sake as a food sake.

@Benefactor It's still delicious. It's not too spicy or sharp for a Kochi sake, but has a mild umami flavor and a tangy Kaygetsu aftertaste. It has a mild umami and a tangy aftertaste like Kaygetsu. It has a mild umami taste that is a perfect match for me.

#Drinking at home Exquisite! The flavor is more soup stock than sweetness, and I think it would complement each other better when served with food than when drunk alone. Sashimi is good, but it seems to go well with grilled or simmered dishes. It is not flashy, but a serious food wine. I like this kind of sake!

#Drinking at home As a Shizuoka sake and a ginjo-nama sake, I wondered which way it would swing, but it was still a Shizuoka sake. It definitely has a raw feel, and the ginjo aroma comes through, but it's not showy and quickly settles down, making it easy to pair with food. However, as someone who does not seek ginjo aroma in Shizuoka sake, I would probably enjoy junmai better. Nevertheless, it is still very tasty, especially after the recent string of fancy sakes like Nozomu and Morishima. However, it is still more limited in its application than the mild umaguchi sake I usually drink. However, I think it is too much of a problem.

The aroma is a little floral for a Kochi sake, but that's Kochi sake for you. The aroma quickly fades away, leaving behind a mild umami and a spiciness that is not too much, making it a refined Kochi sake. Perfect with sashimi and boiled vegetables. It is delicious.

This is Nara's unfiltered, unpasteurized sake! It is so umami-guchi that one is surprised that it is possible to make such a strong flavorful sake with Gohyakumangoku (five hundred million stone). Dry sake and ginjo sake are also good, but they are both umami-guchi. The aftertaste is also enjoyable for a long time. The first time you put it in your mouth, it smells like sakekasu (sake lees), which is a little strange, but it is just like Nara sake. It's delicious! Though the sake is a bit too much when paired with sashimi.

#Drinking at home A flamboyant, flamboyant, flamboyant, flamboyant liquor with a slight effervescence and a taste that is more glittery than deep. This is very hard to pair with food. I get bored after one gulp, so let's just put it down for a bit.

It is mild, but has a dignified and gorgeous flavor that is different from a sweet fruity flavor. I don't like flower yeast because it has a strong sweet image, but this is good. It cuts through quickly, but it also has a good umami flavor, making it an excellent food sake. I think it goes well with everything, except for strong doteyaki.

It is a mass of umami extract. It's like drinking a thick broth without adding soy sauce or salt. It's tasty, but it's not really a sake... It has the pungent taste of alcohol, but it's very mild, so I wonder what would go well with it? Miso? Maybe firefly squid with spicy vinegared miso? I don't dislike it, but I have a hard time finding a good use for it.
