It has a fairly mild umakuchi taste at first, but later on it becomes moderately spicy, and the change in taste is enjoyable.
There is almost no raw sake flavor.
I had an impression that Fukushima was more robustly umami-guchi, but I didn't know there was such a delicate one.
It doesn't have much impact, but it is not bad.
But it still has no impact. It's not bad.
