たけさんYamagata, Shiboritate, Nama-zake, Ootora, dry, and many other words are thrown around, but when I actually tasted it, I was surprised.
It's a bit floral, but it's mild and gentle.
It is not too raw and the pungency is very slight.
There is a slight acidity, and although it is moderate, it has a youthfulness that is different from the mild umami that we usually drink, and it makes us feel like we are drinking it slowly with young employees.
By the way, there is no Otora feeling at all.
This kind of taste is also nice. たけさんIt is said to be super dry, but that is Tsururei.
It has a good umami taste at the moment you put it in your mouth, and the spiciness comes out in the latter half of the bottle.
But it is not so hot as to be super-hot. It is about as spicy as Kochi sake.
It is mild compared to Yamadanishiki, which I usually drink, but Tsururei does not betray me! たけさんIt has a fairly mild umakuchi taste at first, but later on it becomes moderately spicy, and the change in taste is enjoyable.
There is almost no raw sake flavor.
I had an impression that Fukushima was more robustly umami-guchi, but I didn't know there was such a delicate one.
It doesn't have much impact, but it is not bad.
But it still has no impact. It's not bad. ちばさんIt is quite dry and refreshingly dry.
The dark nigori with a hint of grain and a firm alcohol content make it a very drinkable cup. ちばさんThere was a bottle of Toyobai, which I personally don't see very often, so I had one anyway.
Ah, this one is delicious, too! たけさんAt the beginning, I got a really faint schwirl and a really faint ginjo aroma, so I thought, "Oh, that's the way," but to my surprise, this sake stays there! This is a new sensation.
After that, it's a little bit light and a little bit umami, and it seems to go well with anything other than a thicker drink.
I like this kind of change of pace every once in a while. たけさんSweet!
Hayaseura has the image of being refreshing, for better or worse, but this one is sweet!
It has a strong umami (flavor), but it is like a sugar water on top of the umami all the time, and this sweetness is a distraction.
I wondered why it was so sweet, and it turns out that Sakahomare is sake rice made for daiginjo.
As someone who does not like daiginjo, this was a surprise that did not make me happy at all.
Hayaseura is not only expensive, but also very disappointing... たけさんI had never seen this sake before, but I thought it was from Saitama.
I have rarely had sake from Saitama, but this is a well-balanced, unfiltered, unpasteurized sake.
It is not too rich, not too aromatic, not too peculiar, and not too distinctive, but it is safe to drink.
I like the taste, but there is nothing memorable about it. yekcas.standSweet, slightly cloudy with a slight effervescence.
Refreshing and delicious. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
