nettle (Urtica thunbergiana) My first time at Laughing Shiki ✨. There is a Hasegawa Sake Shop near my business trip and I bought 🏃♀️. It has a freshness like pear and lychee, and a round bitter taste. It's not that assertive, but it has a solid flavor. I think I could drink it all the time while enjoying the temperature change😋💞.

nettle (Urtica thunbergiana) Shintaro Nakaoka, who became a person of no return in Kyoto with Ryoma Sakamoto. When I saw this name, I remembered Shintaro Nakaoka from the historical drama "Saigou-don". He was a man who fought on the side of the Choshu clan, but went through this period thinking about Tosa. This is a beautiful dry sake with a great aroma that can be served cold or hot. It is a cool sake without much sweetness.

🌱 I finally found it😋! A well-balanced bottle with lots of fruitiness and a crisp aftertaste! Today is the 10th anniversary of the earthquake. Today is the 10th anniversary of the earthquake, and I was at a cafe with my friends reporting on the recent situation. We broke up early because of the shaking, and I remember being overwhelmed by the seriousness of the situation when I got home. We must never forget what happened that day. As a person who is still alive, I will try my best to live one day at a time.

I'm glad to hear that you are in the same age group as me 😊✨I feel that as we grow older, there are more and more disasters every year. We don't know when a disaster will strike, and I want to spend my days being grateful for the people, things, and sake that I love.

height (of a building, etc.) My 200th post is from my favorite brewery, Hatsukame ✨. Hatsukame Brewery was founded in 1636. It is the 31st oldest brewery in Japan. The brewery was named in the hope that it would "shine like the first sunrise and flourish like a turtle for a long time. It is a pleasure to taste this freshly squeezed sake in Risshun. The brewer wants you to drink it while it is still fresh, so the best-before date is within 30 days. Rich flavor, elegant sweetness... It's delicious! You'll want to soak up this afterglow for a long time✨. I love sake that soothes my heart and mind. I hope to continue posting at my own pace 🌻.

nettle (Urtica thunbergiana) Freshly squeezed using last year's new rice. Fire-quenched, rapidly cooled and then stored. Compared to Junmai Ginjo, it is a bit cloudy with a yellowish tinge. The taste of the rice comes straight from the bottle. It is limited to 500 bottles.

🍌🍊 In the order I tasted them, Banana Greffle. Isoamyl is amazing... When it's cold, it's soppy and citrusy. Enjoyed by the drinker with their own sensibilities. (from the label) I've been a sake fan for a while now, and I've always thought it's okay to let the drinker decide how they want to enjoy it😌. Rice polishing ratio 60%. Alcohol content 16 degrees

I'm not sure what to pair it with, so I'm drinking it before dinner... I would like to know if you have any recommended pairings 🙇♀️.
