nettle (Urtica thunbergiana) My first Koshinokagetora! This is a cup of sake...? The flavor and sharpness of the sake is so good that you would think it was a cup of sake. It is a very elegant and smooth sake with a nice zanshin finish. You can enjoy it cold or warmed 💫. I'm not sure how to describe it. For the fried chicken, I made this recipe from Rate Wada's recipe 🐤 Sake degree: +6 ■Acidity: 1.3

nettle (Urtica thunbergiana) Murasuke after a long time✨! Kodaruma-tei has a wide variety of sake from outside of the prefecture, and each time the brand is different, so it's fun to look at the menu to see what they have today 🤤! I don't know the specs of Murasuke. The dark umami came first and the sourness came afterwards like it was aged 💫. It's rich and delicious💞. I drank 1 gou of it and ended the day with 3 gou of the others.

🌱 This is my first Changchin 👏. First sip, too good to sigh... The taste of Omachi and the well-balanced acidity run through your mouth. I'm sure you'll love it, but it's only 18 degrees, so be careful not to drink too much 😂. Rice used: Omachi (grown in Okayama Prefecture) 65% polished rice Yeast used: Association No.7 Alcohol content 18 degrees Sake degree +6 Acidity / Amino acidity 2.3

I bought this at Ginza Kimijimaya when I went to Kanto on a business trip. I think the Omachi's unique and elegant flavor is something that mature women like to taste 💞If you drink it at home, you can drink it forever🤣.

It's the first time for me to drink a sake from Kagoshima, but it's very refreshing and perfect for drinking 👏. It was gone in no time and we regret to drink it little by little...

🌞 You can feel the acidity as it sassily runs through your mouth. Summer Sake🐬 It's dangerous to drink because it's so low in alcohol content. According to your post, it's also good when it's been a few days after opening the bottle, so I'd like to try that too☺️.

🌿 At Hasegawa Sake Shop Morishima-san for the first time. The taste of Miyamanishiki is subtle and It is a Junmai sake with a smooth aftertaste☺️. Cosy and good for home drinking!

🌿 Long time no see, skunk cabbage! A brewery with the impression of being a pioneer in sparkling sake. I was attracted by the beautiful label and bought it. It expresses the beautiful water and rice from the mountains of Oze. It has a clear and plump flavor ☺️. The aftertaste is nice and crisp. 🍷 The sake I was looking for was only available in a bottle, and I couldn't walk home with it... When I was walking around the store, I found Sogapelle Efis 👏 and I bought this one because I liked Cinq when I compared them before✨. It has a lychee-like freshness and a creaminess to it that makes me feel like I'm getting something out of it😃. I'm going to enjoy it little by little💫

◌𓈒 My first time to buy Temmi🌾 You're a female toji 💞. The first impression is that the sweetness is more pronounced. After that, it has an elegant taste... I've had the Hi-ire, but I'd like to try the nama-shu too 🌱 The origin of the brand name The name "Tenbi" is a combination of "Amateru" (the sun) and "Miroku" (praise for sake). Lovely 🌞!

nettle (Urtica thunbergiana) It's just so soft. You can feel it soaking into your body. It goes surprisingly well with Chinese food. I paired it with fried bean curd vermicelli and fried wood ear eggs. I don't know why greasy food can be combined in my mouth! I love it!

I got this for you💞. It's been a while since I've had this wine, but it's overly fruity, sweet without being cloying, and elegantly lingering. The aftertaste is like honey 🐝. I read about it 5 years ago in Takunomi. I have a memory of being captivated by it for a while after reading about it in Oh, it's delicious!
