This is a cup of sake...? The flavor and sharpness of the sake is so good that you would think it was a cup of sake.
It is a very elegant and smooth sake with a nice zanshin finish.
You can enjoy it cold or warmed 💫.
I'm not sure how to describe it.
For the fried chicken, I made this recipe from Rate Wada's recipe 🐤

I imagine it has a soft mouthfeel with a good flavor and sharpness.
