This is an aged bottle, stored at low temperature in the warehouse for 3 years.
It's very clear and the flavor sticks to the palate even though it's been aged!
It is made with rice grown on a trial basis and has an elegant and gorgeous aroma that smells great. The mouthfeel is very smooth.
