My 200th post is from my favorite brewery, Hatsukame ✨.
Hatsukame Brewery was founded in 1636.
It is the 31st oldest brewery in Japan.
The brewery was named in the hope that it would "shine like the first sunrise and flourish like a turtle for a long time.
It is a pleasure to taste this freshly squeezed sake in Risshun.
The brewer wants you to drink it while it is still fresh, so the best-before date is within 30 days.
Rich flavor, elegant sweetness... It's delicious!
You'll want to soak up this afterglow for a long time✨.
I love sake that soothes my heart and mind.
I hope to continue posting at my own pace 🌻.

Congratulations on your 200th check-in!
It's a special junmai unfiltered raw sake from Hatsukame👍.
I wanted to order one too, but my fridge was full so I held back this time😢.

Thank you for your time, kakei kanon 😊I like the austere label 😎The brewery makes ordinary sake as good as ginjo class sake, and I recommend it✨.

Good evening, Kanchan-san!
I was wondering if we were from the same hometown when I saw your post... I tend to drink a lot of sake from Shizuoka too (especially the central part of Japan). It's delicious!

Thank you, Mariponnu 😊I tend to pair it with local vegetables and fish, so I tend to focus on the local sake 😂 I'm going to use your post as a reference and make it a year to try other brands from other prefectures 💫
