Sake Mirai's gentle acidity and refreshing taste are a perfect match for the packaged sake! It's not the usual tartness, and the slightly carbonated, clean, fresh, and refreshing taste will keep you drinking. 13 degrees Celsius is low alcohol, so you don't have to worry about overdrinking. It's a low alcohol content of 13%, so you don't have to drink too much 😅. I was so impressed with it last year that I just found it at Imameya in Chiba station and bought a repeat bottle. Splash was chosen for its early summer-like weather! The moderate carbonation, sweetness of pear and clean acidity are refreshing. The bitterness of the ori (rice powder) also adds a nice accent. We like Omachi from Kafuda Sake and bought it immediately at Imameya. 🐈️ It's fire-brewed, but the fruity, slightly tangy sweetness is irresistible. 😊 I found a label on the back that says it needs to be refrigerated -5 to +5 degrees Celsius, minus? I wondered, but then I tried freezing it to make it super kinky, and sure enough, the whole thing is refreshing and summer-ready. It is more and more delicious! 🐈️🐈️🐈️

It's hot and humid in April, and I'm feeling pretty tired today. On my way home for the weekend, I chose this evening's accompaniment at the Chiba Station Inamaya, which I was disappointed not to be able to drink last year because it was sold out. I was disappointed that I couldn't drink it last year. We found the much talked about Purple Air at Miyoshiya Sake Shop in Yachiyodai, and were told that it had recently arrived. We were lucky. 😊 It has a smooth mouthfeel, berry? aroma, a harmony of tangy sweetness and beautiful acidity. Delicious. You can go to 🐈️🐈️🐈️ chibi chibi. The label with the cherry blossom motif is also stunning😃.

It caught my eye at a nearby supermarket. Was this the same brewer as Saku Saku?　I wondered why I was looking for it here, but I knew it had to be good, so I immediately bought it. The taste was smooth, with a gentle sweetness of lychee, and a bitter aftertaste to round out the flavor. It was delicious at a slightly cooler temperature. 😋 The pattern on the label was inspired by the ancient Isekatagami of Suzuka. Beautiful. Spring pattern: 🐈️🐈️

Akabu was the first sake that got me hooked on the sake swamp. I remember being astonished by the sweetness and umami of melon with a slight carbonation, followed by a delicious acid bitterness. This Junmai Hi-ire is a little less sweet, but it is a reliable Akabu. ☺️ The other day, my cat escaped from the window. It has lost weight, but has recently been on the road to recovery. Chokaisan in Nikaho City, Akita Prefecture. Chokai. It is lightly nigori (lightly cloudy) with a hint of lingering snow and spring haze. I grew up in Sapporo, so the northern scenery comes clearly to mind, and the sake goes well with it. I've already lifted the ban on Wednesday when I'm working alone for various reasons. 😅 Slightly carbonated, gently pear sweet, with a beautiful bitterness swelling up later, this is the taste of haze. The whole thing is refreshing. I'd love to have one sometime in a hot spring with a view of Mt. Chokai. 🐈️🐈️

I drank it last year and it was delicious and memorable, so I bought a repeat this year. I am very thankful for this 😊 as nigori nama sake has become much less available at the end of March. I want to live up to the name "Kaiun". 😅 It goes in smoothly, with a solid umami and alcohol taste, and then comes the lactic acidity and acid bitterness of the ramune. It has more creaminess and roughness from the ori than it looks, and the overall flavor is rich and harmonizes beautifully. Delicious. 🐈️🐈️🐈️ At the Seven Tsudanuma store after a long time. 😊

We opened the bottle 😊 along with some sushi we bought cheap at a nearby supermarket. This Sentori is bready and delicious. 🐈️ It is less sweet and more refreshing than Kame-no-o, which I enjoyed the other day, but the umami is very good. Fresh, white grape fruitiness, beautiful acidity, and a great sense of balance. I enjoyed it with sashimi and fried chicken. It is 🆗✌️ for both Japanese and Western cuisine. 🐈️🐈️🐈️🐈️

I couldn't drink it last year and was determined to make it this year, so I finally got it today at Yajima Sake Shop. 🐈️ I am in love with the beautiful deep blue label. It has a clean mouthfeel, a beautiful sweetness like berries and white grapes, a little bit of a mellow flavor, and a bitter aftertaste that finishes with a kick. I was interested in this brand after reading about the activities of a female toji in a sake magazine. Just a few minutes ago, I was on my way home and got a bottle at Imameya in Chiba Station. I was so excited 😋. The mouthfeel is smooth and gentle, with a strong, robust sweetness and rich umami. When mixed with a cork, the sourness and bitterness come in later and harmonize with each other. As expected. It is said to be fermented vigorously with Kumamoto yeast KA-1. I can see why. I see.
