Purple Space Standard Sake. 😋 It is light on the palate, with a berry? The sweetness of the berries is followed by a beautiful sourness and a moderate bitterness. Fresh and delicious. 😊 🐈️🐈️ Today was the Chiba Sakura Marathon, and riding the spring weather, I stuck with the 0345 minute pace runner and let him pull me along until 28km. My legs couldn't hold me from this point on, so I managed to finish in 03:53, waving my arms and whimpering. Thanks to all the volunteers in Sakura. 😊

Last weekend, I suddenly felt cold and chose a sake that goes well with hot sake. It was dry, deliciously umami, with a hint of sourness, and warmed me up deeply. I really appreciate sake. Thank you 😋. Today I chilled it a little and enjoyed it with sardines simmered in miso. It is also delicious cold with a refreshing acidity. We had it at our usual Seven Tsudanuma. 🐈️🐈️

This spring sake is the first to use the rare rice Jushikinmu, produced in faraway Fukuoka. The bottle was opened with a splash. The sweetness of white grapes and rummy notes harmonize with the extremely fine carbonation and the bitterness of the thin ori (rice powder). 😋 The mild sweetness in the clean taste satisfied even the wife with a sweet tooth. The other day, I bought a new bicycle, a sports type, and I got carried away and took a detour to go to Seven Tsudanuma. 😅

The schwash was so strong that it overflowed after opening the bottle. When chilled well, the sweetness of green apple🍏, rum, and strong carbonation blend together harmoniously. It's a little sweet, so I think it's best to drink it well chilled while it's still fresh and uncarbonated. I'll be back soon 😁. I drink this every year. It has an elegant white grape-like aroma, a mellow flavor, and a sharp, gradual acidity. The taste is clean, fresh, and invigorating. As one would expect from Isohawaii, the royal road to success. Best with a thick slice of raw bonito. 😃. Today is the Katsuta Marathon in Hikachinaka City, Ibaraki. Pleasant sunny weather, but strong north wind 😭. I was able to avoid the usual stall in the second half, but my time was 03:55, not a personal best 😓. Thanks to all the private aides and volunteers who provided bananas and chocolates 😓. I'll be back next year!

After opening the bottle, it kept blowing for 5 minutes. It was completely auto-stirred 😓 and when I poured it, the amount of rice curd was more awesome than I had imagined. The creaminess, which I feel is the best of the season, and the carbonation, the sweetness and acidity are a bit subdued. It is a delicious nigori sake with a robust sake flavor.
