Purchased this at Chiba Eki-naka Imameya on the way home. It has a gentle, slightly carbonated taste, but the drink is very refreshing and has a slight citrus and acidity that gives it a kick 😃. The sweetness is moderate and dry, so it can be enjoyed during a meal. 🐈️ This morning, even in the mild southern part of Chiba, we were rushed with cold rain mixed with sleet. Have a nice weekend. 😊

The Tenka series I drank last year were all gorgeously refreshing and gently sweet. This is the first time for me to try Kame-no-o, and the expected taste is still there and delicious 😊 A little berry juiciness and a tasty sugar content 😊. If turtles had tails, it would be like the label. 😋 At Miyoshiya Sake Shop in Chiba Yachiyodai. I will also try hearts and angels. 🐈️🐈️

The umami and sweetness of Yamada-Nishiki are a bit reserved, but the taste is much more intense. It may resemble a deep, beautiful sake from western Japan. The whole thing is clean and delicious. 😋 Starting this week, I was going to hold off on drinking on weekdays, but caved in on Wednesday. Tastes like jade? 😒 Mild aroma, gentle sweetness of pineapple and vanilla, followed by elegant acidity, mellow and happy aftertaste. Like a sparkling jewel. 😋 My rhythm has changed since I moved out on my own, and I'm now applying the 🆗✌️ rule that alcohol can be consumed anytime 🆗. Be careful not to drink too much 😅. 🐈️🐈️

I can enjoy a clear yet lactic, lemony, fruity, and acidic taste that is quite clear and crisp. It's a very clear and crisp taste 😊. The raw light nigori is really tasty and I always drink too much. 😓 Sake rice is Sagabiyori, 100%. Delicious 😋🐈️🐈️🐈️.

Juicy and gently sweet like a pear, accented by a bitterness that comes on slowly later. 😊 The whole drink is light and refreshing. I was lucky enough to find a small bottle at a well-known supermarket in Chiba prefecture, where I was assigned. I opened the bottle without paying attention to the "Caution" tag on it, and it blew out in a beautiful spurt, which was a waste of money. I was so disappointed 😓. It tasted like champagne. I'm not sure what it was 😋 White grape? Citrusy, citrusy, slightly sweet and sour, but clean, light, and of course delicious. 😊 The yellow dot on the label is cool, not printed, but a felt-like fabric carefully applied to the label! Next time I'll turn the cork slowly. 🐈️🐈️🐈️

It is a mellow, umakuchi (flavorful) sake with a dash of nigori (thick nigori) added. It is different from the nigori-shu I have tasted so far. It seems to go well with fish dishes. Speaking of Kikuhime, it is one of Yamaoka's favorite sake in his favorite book, Mamiko Shinbo. I guess it means that at my age, I have finally reached the same state of mind as Yamaoka-san. 😋 The cospa is awesome. 🐈️🐈️
