The cool white grape sweetness is clear. The acidity follows quickly after. Moderate sweetness, but a clean texture without a sugary feel. But a robust flavor. 😋 In the Houou Mita lineup, it is clear, tasty and easy to drink for me. When you open the specs undisclosed sheet, the sake rice is Meiji no Aikoku. Great attitude for a reissue try. 👍 🐈️🐈️

After spending the weekend at home, I just arrived back at my single place of residence. A quick drink for the fun of it. 😋 It's a Miyagi sake, so you can taste the delicious flavor of the rice. Surprisingly, it has a little fruity taste of white grapes, a gentle sweetness, and a nice acidity that finishes it off. It's subdued, but it's followed by a gorgeous sweet and sour aftertaste of white grapes and citrus. 🐈️🐈️ It's refreshing. Reminiscent of my hometown Koshi. Monochrome is a first for me. 😋 At Yajima Sake Shop.

It has a slightly carbonated acidity, the sweet and sour sweetness of apricots, and a gentle acidity. The delicious flavor of Omachi also swells. I almost blew a bubble when I opened the bottle, but just in time.　😅 Drinkable, well carbonated, moderately sweet, quite dry, beautiful acidity, delicious. 😋 I was surprised at how dry it tasted in Houou Mida, quite dry. It goes well with meals, and the price is a very kind 1,650 yen. 🐈️🐈️

Smooth, fruity with cherries and peaches, and a gentle acidity 😊. It's refreshing without a sugary feel, but has a good sweetness, which is appreciated by those with a sweet tooth. It is supposed to be light at 13 degrees, but the flavor is very drinkable. It is really tasty even on a lingering hot Chiba night. I really love Akabu. 🐈️🐈️🐈️ Yesterday, at Inamaya in Chiba station. The amber label is also excellent 🎵.

At Chiba Inamaya on the way back to my single job, at the corner bar. 😋 It is quite dry and sharp. It also has a slight bitterness with a hint of orikiri. It is not sweet and refreshing, so it would be good as a mealtime sake, especially with fish. It reminded me of dry Sagaminada. 🐈️ It's named for autumn, but it's still hot and humid in Chiba. 😓

On the way back from my parents' house in Yachiyodai, I stopped by the Zhangjian Sake Shop in front of Keisei Okubo Station. 😋 This liquor store is located near a former army base and has a history of serving food and drink to Lieutenant General Kuribayashi, famous for the fierce battle of Iwo Jima. It recently moved and reopened in front of the station. We were able to get the last bottle of this Shichida, which will be released in February this winter. The light flavor, with a touch of carbonation, and surprisingly low sweetness, is delicious even in mid-summer. 🐈️🐈️

Riding the Tobu Line, purchased at Yajima Sake Shop. Over 35 degrees Celsius and too hot today in 3 Chiba.　😓 First Atago no Matsu in a long time. It is the driest and most strongly carbonated sparkling sake I've had this year 😊.　I'll gobble it down instead of champagne. 🐈️🐈️🐈️

Chiba has been extremely hot and humid, and my appetite is dwindling, but I am thankful for this chrysanthemum, which is slightly carbonated and not too sweet, with a spudding, calpis sweet and sour aftertaste that lasts long enough to be refreshing. 😊 Junmai specifications are rare for Kangiku. I bought it at Imanaya in Chiba Station while I was on my way home from a tiring day off work. Kido is drinking it but not uploading it😅. It is 30 degrees Celsius at 7pm in Chiba. Sparkling is a good choice. Lara was surprised by the vigorous bubbling when opening the bottle 👀‼️ Judo girls go for it 👊😆🎵. It is delicious with moderate sweetness, 🐈️🐈️
