I kept it in the fridge for safekeeping, but today I was too hot and tired from working outside, so I opened the bottle with a full bottle 😊. Beautiful acidity and a lingering sweet and sour citrus aftertaste of lemon and apricot. A truly summer sake with a refreshing overall taste. True to the previous reputation.　🐈️🐈️ I hope there will be delicious summer sake available until about the end of September, when the heat should continue❗The mermaid on the label is adorable and somehow cool and good 👍️

Slightly pear, berry-like, discreetly sweet, slowly sour and deliciously sharp. The whole thing is refreshing. 😋 The flavor is robust. It's a light and refreshing drink on a hot and humid night. I enjoyed it with octopus sashimi. I enjoyed it with octopus sashimi 😋. The Z on the label is five, with a careful explanation on the back. The lettering is strong and cool! It reminded me of Kintai Bridge, which I visited last year. I enjoyed the Yamaguchi sake at a bar in front of Iwakuni station 😊. I will visit again!　🐈️🐈️🐈️

The blue sea, sky and white clouds on the label, oh summer scenery. 😊 Strong carbonation, gentle pear and rummy sweetness, refreshing sourness. The elegant oriental flavor is also a nice accent. It's really delicious. I'm sure I'll be back. The high temperature in Chiba was close to 30 degrees Celsius, and I'm exhausted after working on my day off 😣💦💦 I've been feeling sick, but I'm hoping to revive myself with this beautiful sake with some vigor. 🐈️🐈️🐈️

Finally, on the way home to my new home, I had a drink at Imanaya, a restaurant in a train station ❗I saw Ji Kon, which I don't often have a chance to do, and I drank it on impulse. I drank it on impulse. It has a smooth mouthfeel, fruity pear, a bit thick, and a lot of sweet umami. The bitterness comes in afterwards and the amount of umami is amazing. Slightly carbonated, tropical fruit sweetness, and a gentle sour aftertaste makes me happy. As expected. I enjoyed it fully a year ago. Brewed with Hokkaido's comet of sake rice, Hoshikai, a good match for the star connection. 😊 I hurriedly took my cat, who was injured from scratching the back of her ear too much, to the local veterinary clinic, and after being relieved after the treatment, I rushed out to Yajima Sake Shop in Funabashi, Chiba to buy some. I want to drink it again next year. 🐈️🐈️🐈️

When it comes to cup sake, it's the one-cup Ozeki and Hotei's yakitori that I was treated to as a struggling student, but the latest from 2021 is Omachi from Gozenshu! ☺️ I found it at the Seven Tsudanuma store while jogging. It is dry, but well balanced with Omachi's robust flavor, gentle sweetness, and beautiful orizumi bitterness. It is light and easy to carry, so I would like to savor it while having dinner at the No. 7 lodge while climbing Mt. 🐈️🐈️

Smooth mouthfeel, gentle sweetness of berries and pears, and umami all come together in a snap. The round and robust umami is probably derived from Oumachi. The name Oumachi alone gives it a delicious taste. Inspired by everyone's comment that Hirotogawa tastes best after a day, I left half of it for a taste, and sure enough, the flavor was even more rounded. The light purple label is also elegant❗ 🐈️🐈️🐈️ At Imameya in Chiba station.

I was surprised in a good way because the nuances and flavors were swept away, as close as possible to white champagne. I was surprised in a good way 😆 The potential of the rice is terrific. It is a perfect match with sea urchin squid and sashimi. If you are wondering which white wine or champagne to pair with Japanese food, especially raw seafood, I definitely recommend this one. It is hard to find in Chiba, but I happened to get it at Inamaya in Chiba Station, where I was going back to my new post. It's best chilled to a crisp. 🐈️🐈️🐈️

Elegant sweetness, sourness, and sweet-sourness are beautifully balanced, condensed, and crisp, perhaps because it is a summer gin. When mixed with Ori, the bitterness of nigori becomes more complex, and the taste is even more delicious! As expected of Sharaku, we just had it at Inamaya in Chiba Station. According to the owner of Miyoshiya Sake Shop, the same company that created the label as the Purple Air is the same company that created the label. Smooth to drink, with a sweetness that is typical of pear and chrysanthemum spodum, and the rich flavor of Omachi. The bitterness and beautiful acidity round out the taste. Since it is a bit thick, it is best to cool it down to a crisp! This was the first time for me to try White, but it was perfect for a quick nourishing drink on a night in Chiba when the daytime temperatures rose to 30 degrees Celsius. ☺️ 🐈️🐈️🐈️ I'm also looking forward to the Orikagami Red.

A beautiful sake with a clean dry taste, I enjoyed it with sashimi. 😋 Akita's NEXT5, I finally fully enjoyed all of them! They are all beautiful sake and I can't wait to see how they evolve in the future. ☺️🐈️🐈️
