Smooth and round, with the gentle sweetness of white grapes and low acidity, it goes down smoothly. The corkage is slight, but accents the bitterness. 😋
A gentle and kind beautiful sake. The label is also nice. 🐈️🐈️
I was exhausted after my first 30k jog in a long time in strong winds, but I limped to get it at Ito Sake Shop in Rakurakudai.
