IWA5 Assemblage3, a sake designed by a foreigner who brews Dom Perignon. It has a beautiful taste, but it tastes like koji, and I wonder if it is akin to Shinmasa's Flax Cat or something like that. But it is delicious. But it's delicious.

Assemblage 5 with a "I can't write anymore" feeling.
So this means I drank from 2 to 5.
The taste is definitely different from 3 and 4, but the image of complexity with layers of flavor remains the same.
There is no doubt that it is an interesting sake, and I understand that it is unique.
If I were to speak of simple preference, the reserve was delicious.
I hope that this sake will continue to be a Toyama sake without becoming too rounded.
