Kobe Year-End Party ③.
A-Un", the favorite restaurant of Robin, one of the organizers of the party!
We had an all-you-can-drink + bring-your-own-alcohol policy 😊.
TAMAHAGANE, which was warmed up at the end of the night.
Delicious with the sweetness and umami of the rice. ❣️
I'm glad I felt differently because I had been drinking cold sake the whole time.
I haven't had Tasake Tokusyu in a long time!
As bouken wrote, is it sweeter or darker than the old one? It seems to be sweeter or darker than before 🤔. I like sweet 🤔.
I like sweet so it was delicious...
The dishes were packed one by one like a bento, so it was easy to eat!
And they also served each of us a bowl of oden.
Thank you so much for all the delicious food 🙏✨
Thank you Robin for a great restaurant 🙇🙇.
Sake-no-wa Kobe Year-End Party 10
Mama-san forgot to serve the sake! The sake that came out somewhat toward the end of the party!
I thought it was a sake I didn't know, but it was from the Seven Crown Horse Brewery!
A faint and elegant ginjo aroma
The taste is clean and refreshing.
Fruity in the first half but quite spicy in the second half
I think some people were drinking this heated 😁.
I haven't had it heated myself, but it's not a modern type of daiginjo, so I think it would go well heated 🤔.
bouken, sorry to bother you so often 😊.
I see that the last one, the heated one, was this one! It was easy to drink and very tasty 😋.
bouken's review reminded me of many things and inspired me to write 🙏.
Pon-chan, thanks again 😁.
I didn't drink it myself, but I heard a conversation about Daiginjo but heated up! I heard a conversation like that, so I guess this is it 🤔.
I'm posting this in a hurry because I have to write something other than my impressions of the sake before I forget 🤣.
(3) Drinking at a restaurant in Hiroshima that promotes Shimane (3)
The taste of the rice is rich, just like Shimane, but the aftertaste is so strong and crisp that it almost has a dry taste.
The aftertaste is so strong and crisp that it almost has a dry aftertaste.
Part 3 of 3 (specials) for drinking comparison.
This is already middle class. It is sharp and dry. It did not have as much ginjo as described in the menu, but it had depth. But somehow, I still didn't have enough to drink today.
Shimane trip, purchased at a corner shop.
Shimane is famous for its tamahagane (steel).
I drank it with crab.
It was delicious and I drank it in no time.
