だいきDaiginjo with a rice polishing ratio of 35
Made with Yamadanishiki from Hyogo Prefecture and Hii River water
It is just so refreshing!
You can't taste the bitterness of the sake at all, and the moderate sweetness of the sake seems to go well with all kinds of food. みつはメモAs the name suggests, the brewery is located in Okuizumo, upstream of Hii River.

There was no gusto.
The aroma is gentle and fluffy.
My partner seems to like it.

Thank you "Koshima" ❗️ and thank you Okada-san for taking me there 🙇♂️ ちゃりんこShimane's slightly higher quality sake is Tamahagane! The 35% rice polishing ratio is breathtaking! Delicious! immp1982Sanin, Shimane Odeumo Ground Sake Shichikanma Inquisitive Sake Tamagotchi. Pair with ground fish, tempura. Full-bodied and round, slightly spicy, complex with good concentration.
Score: 92/100 DKSI liked this one better than Amano Murakumo because it was sweeter. 豊健Sushi of the Four Seasons Kurarashi
Slightly sweet, but the rest is dry and refreshing. Satochanslightly salty, slightly tasty
Clear aroma, smooth attack. The taste is dry with a little bit of umami. It is easy to drink and leaves a lingering taste in the throat. tsukihoshiTamahagane after a long time
