This is the Aino-sato Junmai-shu from Nanyo Jozo, which is famous for Hanayo-yoku. It's a delicious sake with a good balance of umami and sourness, like a fresh apple. It's delicious 😋 and the price is good too. The price is 1320 yen for a four-pack.

Is this a local brand of the same brewery as Hanayo-yoku? The rice is said to be Gohyakumangoku. It's a completely different brew, but it's refreshing and has a gorgeous taste. I had an image of it being classical and hard to drink, but it's a modern sake with impressive acidity. The one I drank recently that is similar is GOGO Gohashi. Gohashi has a muscat-like atmosphere, and this one has a green apple-like atmosphere.

Local Sake! Looks like Sugihara Sake Brewery has also started brewing this season✨ I hope to drink a lot of Chiyonohana this season! The nigori release from Junmai Daiginjo is gone 😭 but I still bought 4 bottles of Jun Dai alone so I was able to fully enjoy it👍 It's juicy and the most fancy one 😋. The brewery also sells a lot of sake-kasu related items such as sweets, breads, bean buns, etc. 🍞. Financier with sakekasu from Imi! The soft aroma of the sakekasu is great 👍!

2024 Spring Evening - Tasting New Sake - 18Last. Yoshinotomo Junmai Ginjyo Nama Nama Sake Tominokou As I recall, it is a current sake with apple blossom yeast. I heard that there were 40 kinds of sake at this banquet, but only 18 made it to the end. Each brewer's brewing water was also offered as a Wakarimizu. I see that it is read as "Sekepikozan". If I had not drank this sake, I might not have been able to read it correctly for the rest of my life. The taste is fresh and quite rich. The bitter bitterness comes out in the back of the mouth, and the taste is sharp and clean. The sweetness is modest for Aizan, and although it is not the modern type of sake, the umami flavor is very well conveyed. Not bad!

I've been wanting to try this one for a while...they use 1801 yeast. It's gorgeous and fruity. It's also quite sweet. I think it's the most gorgeous of all the Yukihikosan brands. This was over 2,000 yen at Asano Sake Shop, but at a local liquor store it was 1,980 yen🙄. I wonder what it is? I heard some breweries and stores add on shipping costs 🤔.

Sake opened at a remote off-line meeting (3) I was asked "What is the best sake you drank this year? I answered "Aozora", but later I remembered that it was the future of sake from Akabu newborn 🤣. By this time I couldn't even remember what it tasted like, so I checked again the next day. The rice used is 100% Benkei. It is a kijoshu, although there is no description. As it says, it has a thick sweet taste. Sweet and sour. I can only drink a little at a time because kijo-zake is so thick. A neighborhood liquor store owner told me that they make sake in a 200-year-old building. He said that the equipment is also old.

Kawazu-zakura yeast ALL Kanagawa sake 🌸 I found Ryo for the first time in about 2 years and bought it 😊. The bottle is light pink and gorgeous to look at❗ The rice used is... "Wakamizu"! I've never heard of that rice name before 😅 Slightly effervescent, sour-sweet, and just as it looks when opened. With the preconceived notion of Kawazu cherry yeast, it reminds me somewhat of cherry 🍒. I drank the Kinuhikari Ver two years ago, and the reviews I see now seem to indicate that it was rated reasonably highly at the time. I guess my tastes are gradually changing because I don't like the taste now 😁. I think the easiest thing to pair with this kind of drink is cheese 🧀. I'll have a toast by myself with some granapadano I had at home 🥂.

I moved to Kanagawa and got "Ryo" from Nakazawa Sake Brewery, which is well-known for my favorite "Matsumidori"💐 Special junmai made with "Kawazu-zakura yeast" from Nishihirahata Park in Matsuda-cho, Kanagawa Prefecture, "Kinuhikari" from Ashigara, Kanagawa Prefecture and "All Kanagawa" underground water from the Tanzawa River in Kanagawa Prefecture! The mellow rice flavor from the sweetness of the rice...delicious even if you drink it as it is 😋The snacks are a Kanagawa marriage of Odawara local fish 🐟 Raw tuna, bluefin squid 🦑, specialty oshitsuke (deep-fried tofu), chicken, wakashi, horse mackerel....nothing to say...the best of all! .......a luxurious dinner.......
