Suehiro Shuzo's Genzai. They also won a gold medal at the New Sake Competition for their Genzai daiginjo, but this is not that award-winning sake, but an affordable special junmai. It starts off with a piquant and refreshing sweet and sour taste! The taste is powerful with a strong sense of presence, but the alcohol content of 15 degrees makes it easy to drink and enjoy 👌. Sake brewed at Suehiro Shuzo's Kaei warehouse. When I hear the name "Genzai," I think of the daiginjo that was entered in the sake competition.
