Here is what we have for you after you are done preparing for the New Year. It was purchased in Niigata in the fall. Junmai Daiginjo-shu brewed with only one bottle of Uonuma sake. It is delicious with a gorgeous aroma and fine richness. Takachidai Junmai Daiginjo Ipponshime Unadjusted unrefined raw sake aged in the brewery AKIAGARI Takachiyo Shuzo(Minamiuonuma City, Niigata Prefecture)

I bought it to find out what kind of sake it was, "Miwa sake brewed at the foot of the oldest shrine using the oldest sake brewing method." It tastes even better than I imagined. Today, after the rain, I visited the Momiji-ko Maple Tunnel in Minowa Town, Nagano Prefecture. Here is a souvenir. Fruity aroma. It has a sweet mouthfeel, but the lingering fresh acidity is pleasant.
