I see that you read "Shousetsu" instead of "Masayuki". This is the first time I have had it.
It is a special honjozo, but it was easy to drink, with no peculiarities and a sense of being well-prepared.
Thank you very much!
This time Kameizumi had a sake level of -12, an acidity of 1.8, and an amino acid level of 1.0. Very tasty as always. The taste is perfect for me, a fruity, sweet-tasting drinker.
We had this at a company welcome party for new employees. It was sweet and easy to drink, but the high alcohol content was quite strong.
I am a big fan of high alcohol content, so I enjoyed it. Thank you very much.
I purchased Akabu, which is always recommended at Sake-no-Wa. It is sweet, fresh like a fresh sake, has a tantalizing aroma, and is delicious. The recommendation at Sake-no-wa is right on the money lol.
Next time I will try Junmai Ginjo!
This is my second bottle of LAKE x WHALE from this year? The last one was so good that I had to repeat it.
Full of freshness that is typical of nama-shu, sweet but not lingering on the palate.
Thank you Fukushima and Aizu for always providing us with delicious sake.
It's been a while since I've had a Kaze no Mori. It is very easy to drink because of its low alcohol content (14%) and its shwashiness. It is also fruity, but not too sweet and does not leave a bitter taste on the palate. It has a nice balance.
I'm going to buy some more!
I bought this on a business trip to Fukushima.
Sasukene" is an Aizu dialect word meaning "no problem" or "all right". It has a nice label.
The taste is pleasantly dry with a touch of sourness. I heard that there are many other delicious sake in Aizu, so I will visit more places and have many more!
I won (or lost?) a sake gacha event at Solamachi. It came in a thin bottle with a cat label. It comes in a thin bottle with a cat label. I don't particularly like cats, but it was cute, so I was okay with it.
The taste was clear and slightly sweet, just like Junmai Daiginjo. Since it was an event, we enjoyed tasting it together.
This is the first time I have had tayu. It has a mild and smooth taste and is very easy to drink. It is said to be slightly dry, but I did not feel the dryness, and even though I like sweet sake, I enjoyed it very much. Thank you very much.
I had an image of Igarashi as having a harsh schwash, but this was a gentle schwash. It is slightly sweet with a hint of oli. The aroma may not be strong.
It was delicious.
I bought CEL-24 two weeks ago in a four-pack and liked it so much that I decided to buy it in a one-pack next time! I decided to buy it in a bottle next time!
I was wondering if it was okay to buy a bottle of CEL-24 even though I like the "shuwashu" taste. But I ended up buying it. When you have something you like in front of you, logic doesn't work!
Juicy and fruity aroma, I can't get enough of it, it really is my favorite sake!
I received this as a gift from an acquaintance.
I hear that most sake from Kochi Prefecture is dry, but this special junmai was slightly sweet and to my liking.
I was very happy that he remembered that I like sake and that I prefer sweet sake.
Kouko, from Chiba Prefecture, is wholesaled at the 7-Eleven at the Shisui outlet, so I saw it there and bought it.
I also had Kouko in the Risshun Morning Press. They serve a lot of sake that suits my taste.
This Sunomata has the aroma of fresh sake, fresh and shwashy. It was rated as more dry, but to me it felt fruity and slightly sweet. There will be a repeat!
I have had it before and it was fruity and sweet. It was very tasty with a slight sparkling taste.
I found it by chance at a local liquor store, and although there was no price tag on it, I bought it without hesitation, thinking it would be around 2,000 yen!
I say "without hesitation" because my motto is to find a sake with good cost performance, so 2,000 yen is just barely the right price for me. I remember that the taste was more than enough to cover the cost.
The taste was definitely to my liking!
It is impossible to be careful not to drink too much.
Next time I will look for a bottle and buy it!
Kuheiji light nigori raw sake, which is sold by reservation. A colleague brought it to me.
It was fresh and crisp, as is typical of nama-shu, but not too spicy. It is a great taste.
Thank you very much.
This is the first time I have heard the name and the first time I have drunk it. I see that this sake has won awards at many events. It was juicy, delicious and gorgeous sake.
Thank you for the treat.
A restaurant dedicated to Fukushima, guarded by Shinbashi. This was my first visit. The sake was innocent, but a bit expensive. It was a rare sake, so I took it as it was. I hope it is given back to the sake breweries in Fukushima.
The taste is slightly fizzy and slightly bitter, but since the original is juicy, it mingled with it and we enjoyed it.
Thank you for the sake.
I drank Hana-yoso at a restaurant in Shinbashi and found it delicious! I decided to buy it, but it was a hard-to-find sake.
More than half a year later, I happened to have a chance to get it and bought a bottle! It was too good to drink alone, so I opened it with my colleagues at work.
The fruity aroma was so strong that I was excited before drinking it. The four of us opened a whole bottle.
I would have liked to enjoy the taste after a little while, but it was too delicious to do so. If I have the chance to drink it again, I will buy it without hesitation!
First, it is difficult to read.
Banzai Aikoku,
Hmmm...what a four-character word that makes you feel determined.
I tried it for the first time, attracted by the fact that it is unfiltered, unpasteurized, and reasonably priced.
The taste is fruity, like muscat, and I like it very much.
I also like the "thanks" on the label.
It's a winner!
