When I go to this liquor store, I can't stop looking at different things. There are both hi-seasoned and draft Morishima's Omachi and Yamadanishiki, and there are several Nozomis... In the end, I narrowed it down to one bottle and chose this one.
This is the first time I drink Koshinohomare at home.
As for the rice, some stores say they use Takananishiki and others say Koshikagura, but which is it?
Fresh, gassy and fruity. Juicy, like apple or pineapple. I was surprised at how delicious it was.
