Toyoga Shinshu Secret Sake Hanpukai 2025 Gold Course. The second sake from the Shinshu Secret Sake Hanpukai for October is Toyoga from a very small brewery brewed by a female toji, Kayoko Takazawa, in Obuse. The first attack is a mellow, fruity sweetness that is like biting into a grape. The finish is clean and crisp with a beautiful acidity. Cup of sake (3) - Jyobari We met Jyokappari, which was introduced in "Izakaya Shinkansen". The apple design of this sake made us think that it might have some sweetness, but it was a "traditional Chinese" sake. It has a strong spiciness and sharpness. It has no peculiarities and goes in easily. We will have it warmed up to accompany Yose-nabe.

@Nezu no Jinpachi, Ueda Branch This is Sekizen's Cosmos Hiyoroshi🌸. Sake made with cosmos flower yeast 🍶. It looks like it's from a brewery or agricultural university🫜. The top aroma is sweet with a hint of banana. I was relieved because I had the impression that cosmos doesn't have such a nice aroma. When you put it in your mouth, it has a slight sweetness and mild umami. It was refreshing for a hiyaoroshi. It was delicious 🌸🍶✨️ The third picture is of the Nishi-Iida Sake Brewery, located about 5 minutes by cab from Kawanakajima Station on the JR Shinonoi Line. They currently make about 400 koku of sake. Even from Nagano station it was only about 5 km away, so I took a rental bike (electric assist) at the station and made the round trip in a little over an hour, light. The fourth picture shows the flow of the Saigawa River that runs by the brewery. Upstream of the Saigawa River are the Azusa River flowing from Kamikochi and the Takase River flowing through Azekino. It means that the water is the same with Oshinshu and Iraka (Japanese tile roof) 🙄. Incidentally, the Saigawa River merges with the Chikuma River, and when it enters Niigata Prefecture, it changes its name to the Shinano River and empties into the Sea of Japan.

With amazake, of course. It is a gorgeous spring-like sake with a more mellow sweet taste. On Saturday, we went from Tateshina to the Ueda Castle beyond the ski resort. It was already starting to change colors. The parking lot was full. We had lunch at a buckwheat noodle restaurant in Sakaki Town on the way to Chikuma. We never had a bad experience at any soba restaurant.

The clerk at the liquor store recommended this sake to me if I liked it sweet. Indeed, it was a perfect strike! My partner and I said in unison, "Delicious! I said in unison. At first, the sourness is strong and tingling, but when you swallow it, the aroma of rice escapes from your nose, and there is a faint sweet aftertaste. Birthday gift sake No. 3 Speaking of comets, Ricaman is a liquor that I don't get a chance to drink very often because I don't go to Ricaman. It has a mild top-fragrance aroma. It is gorgeous and refreshingly sweet on the palate. It is a versatile type of sake that can be enjoyed with food or on its own. For better or worse, it is an excellent Daiginjo. I think it tastes more open and sweeter on the second day than when it is freshly opened. The design of the sake lid looks just like the one from a while ago😅.

I've always been curious about it because I often see it at Takashimaya, but this is my first time to drink it. The rice is Asahi rice and Yamadanishiki.
