Miyakanbai's PB brand Miyamanishiki 55% Koji, Manamusume 65% Kake The aroma is rather subdued, but it has a clean, fruity aroma of white peaches, pears and apples. The taste is juicy and sweet like honey apple, just like drinking fruit juice! The alcohol content is a little strong, but it is easy to drink with a pleasant, refreshing aftertaste. It is as beautiful and delicious as one would expect from Miyakanbai.

The 5th and 6th cups are called "Ousaki". I failed to ask if the name is a play on the name of Osaki City, where the Kanmei Brewery is located😅. I tasted the special junmai and junmai sake of Uguisaki. The picture shows only the Tokujun 💦. Gentle taste. Fluffy spreading rice. It also has a fruity sweetness, and I wonder if it has less acidity. Tokujun is nicely integrated, and Junmai is very well balanced with the complex flavor of rice that is typical of Junmai. ‼️ The Junmai is very well balanced with a complex junmai-like rice flavor. It's good, and so are these 👍💕💕. However, I've already had 6 cups of Kanmei sake and I'm still not bored at all 💕💕.

Quarteto This sake is made by the Kanmei Brewery in Osaki City, Miyagi Prefecture, the same city as Miyakanme. The first sip gives the impression of being watery. However, if you take the time to taste it, you will find that it has a complex and complex flavor with a sweetness on the outside. The sake is not flashy, so you will find your cup empty before you know it, and you will realize that it is a very dangerous sake. It may not look spectacular, but it is there. As the name suggests, it is a sake like the voice of a Japanese bush warbler echoing in the fresh green.
