The 5th and 6th cups are called "Ousaki". I failed to ask if the name is a play on the name of Osaki City, where the Kanmei Brewery is located😅.

This sake is made by the Kanmei Brewery in Osaki City, Miyagi Prefecture, the same city as Miyakanme.
