Hana of Tsukiyoshino Unfiltered Nama Sake 720ml 100% Hitogochiki produced in Nagano Prefecture Rice polishing ratio: 55 Alcohol content: 15%. Purchased at Hara's in Ueda on Saturday. With amazake, of course. It is a gorgeous spring-like sake with a more mellow sweet taste. On Saturday, we went from Tateshina to the Ueda Castle beyond the ski resort. It was already starting to change colors. The parking lot was full. We had lunch at a buckwheat noodle restaurant in Sakaki Town on the way to Chikuma. We never had a bad experience at any soba restaurant.

Purchased at the annual North Tohoku Antenna Shop's Akita Sake Tasting and Sale every three months. This time it was a special summer sake! I had a hard time deciding between Hiraizumi and Chitose-mori, but I chose Chitose-mori, which is limited to 300 bottles and has been available for a long time! Cold sake Ripe pear aroma Slightly bodied. The unique sweetness of rice spreads on the palate. Sourness lingers on the tongue in the aftertaste. After 2 days of drinking, the taste has become more rounded.

I found my favorite Satochi at an Izakaya and couldn't resist ordering it😍. The smell of pears. It smells so good. It has a caramel-like sweetness and then a light sourness. Nagano Sake Festival ④ Kaorin went to Kyoto for her college reunion today, so I was excited to see what I could enjoy by myself, but the phone rang first thing in the morning to inform me that the equipment was out of service due to a work error by the manufacturer😅🥲. I went to the center to see what was going on, but they managed to get the equipment back up and running, so I came home, but it was halfway through the day and there was nothing I could do... I guess I'll just have to drink this one 🤣. The sake I'm going to drink is the Kutsukake Shuzo's Fukumugari, which I bought on a brewery tour in Ueda this spring. The brewery is located in Nagano prefecture and the people who were born in the year 59 formed the "Gokujo" group and they brew a theme sake every year. The rice polishing ratio is 59%😇. It was a sake with a lot of flavor 😀. I didn't really feel the fruity feeling that is typical of Nagano sake, but the core umami was very drinkable, like an expression of the sake's assertion 😀. If I could, I would like to try the other 4 bottles from the other breweries in the Gokujokai, but I guess that would be impossible 🤣.
