The aroma is a gorgeous ginjo aroma, and the dryness comes after the umami of the rice 😚 It has a nice sharpness and would go well with any food 😘The description "umami dry" is right on the money 😙I felt it was like a royal road sake 😀.

This is the sake that Yasube-san used to drink to get used to his condition after the off-line meeting. I was not in good shape the day after the recent Kenmin-kai, so I had to have it in anticipation of such a situation. I was also out of shape the day after the recent prefectural meeting, so I had anticipated such a situation and welcomed this drink 🤭. It is brewed with pear juice. Rich aromatic sweet and sour taste reminiscent of smooth La France, and also the aroma of ripe plums that have turned orange on the plum tree. With amazake, of course. It is a gorgeous spring-like sake with a more mellow sweet taste. On Saturday, we went from Tateshina to the Ueda Castle beyond the ski resort. It was already starting to change colors. The parking lot was full. We had lunch at a buckwheat noodle restaurant in Sakaki Town on the way to Chikuma. We never had a bad experience at any soba restaurant.
