( ´ ´ ` )🍶🍶🍶🍶´- Today we had a bottle of A-Sakura purchased at Murai, a local sake brewery 😄A collaboration product with A-Sakura? I found it in a corner shop in Akita station 🤔. The aroma is a gorgeous ginjo aroma, and the dryness comes after the umami of the rice 😚 It has a nice sharpness and would go well with any food 😘The description "umami dry" is right on the money 😙I felt it was like a royal road sake 😀.

At home. This is my favorite Sei Masamune. There is no particular aroma, and it has a smooth mouthfeel with a fruity and sweet taste in the nose, followed by a little sourness, and finally a bitter taste that finishes it off nicely. Compared to the previous Seimasamune, the sweetness is more moderate.

This is the Aino-sato Junmai-shu from Nanyo Jozo, which is famous for Hanayo-yoku. It's a delicious sake with a good balance of umami and sourness, like a fresh apple. It's delicious 😋 and the price is good too. The price is 1320 yen for a four-pack.

Is this a local brand of the same brewery as Hanayo-yoku? The rice is said to be Gohyakumangoku. It's a completely different brew, but it's refreshing and has a gorgeous taste. I had an image of it being classical and hard to drink, but it's a modern sake with impressive acidity. The one I drank recently that is similar is GOGO Gohashi. Gohashi has a muscat-like atmosphere, and this one has a green apple-like atmosphere.

Local first guess Kura. I went out of my way to hold out until the right time to get the spring sake pink label 😣 and after all, the label too 😁. The first one is a beautiful young green color🩵. Taste... the aroma is green apple, the sweetness is subtle and the refreshing acidity is nice 💓Bitter taste makes it a good food sake. We had a Chinese dinner menu of sweet-and-sour pork and spring rolls, and it went well with them 😋.

Nara's summer sake❣️ This is a summer version of Hyakurakumon, a famous sake of Gosho along with Kaze no Mori and Shinomine, made with rice outside the standard range and labeled on the back 😋. It looks cool and smells like melon 🍈. Refreshing, mellow, mildly dry ❣️. It has a nice sharpness and is easy to drink 😋😋. Special Junmai Shiboritate Nama-shu from Ando Suigun 🏴‍☠️. Koji: Hanabukiyuki🌾Kakemai: Mashigure🌾. We got almost the bottom of the bottle🍶. The top aroma is sweet with a hint of richness. In the mouth, it has a mild sweetness and a full-bodied flavor with a hint of millet sugar. The finish is crisp and refreshing, as is typical of Aomori sake. Last year it was very light, perhaps because the rice was too hard, but this year it is very good 😊 (sorry to sound so arrogant). It was delicious 🍶🏴‍☠️

Hana of Tsukiyoshino Unfiltered Nama Sake 720ml 100% Hitogochiki produced in Nagano Prefecture Rice polishing ratio: 55 Alcohol content: 15%. Purchased at Hara's in Ueda on Saturday. With amazake, of course. It is a gorgeous spring-like sake with a more mellow sweet taste. On Saturday, we went from Tateshina to the Ueda Castle beyond the ski resort. It was already starting to change colors. The parking lot was full. We had lunch at a buckwheat noodle restaurant in Sakaki Town on the way to Chikuma. We never had a bad experience at any soba restaurant.
