At home. This is my favorite Sei Masamune. There is no particular aroma, and it has a smooth mouthfeel with a fruity and sweet taste in the nose, followed by a little sourness, and finally a bitter taste that finishes it off nicely. Compared to the previous Seimasamune, the sweetness is more moderate.

The aroma is gorgeous with a hint of alcohol. It has the characteristic sweetness and umami of Seimasa's sake. Oh, it's so good! Now that the heat is better, I would like to try heating it up next.

Fukushima Pref. Ten-ei Village, Iwase-gun. Suzunoi Sake Brewery. Jyuzuki Tokubetsu Tokubetsu Junmai Shu, Natural Style, Unfiltered Nama Shu. I had never seen a label like this before, and I didn't know what it meant, but I bought it right away. I bought it at the Osaka office of Fukushima Prefecture, which is difficult for businessmen to get to. I had it cold. The color was a pale greenish yellow. The nose has a mild, green apple-like aroma. The mouthfeel is juicy with a slight viscosity. Weak acidity is felt at first, and when it rolls off, there is a faint burnt scent. Next, a slightly soft sweetness stays flat and faintly in the mouth for a long time. After swallowing, one thinks, "Oh, please don't let the sweetness go away!" Then, at the end, a slight umami comes out, and the aftertaste is a faint, gentle pungency. It is a strange sensation like a lingering aftertaste that lingers for a long time. I think I like it a lot. Ingredients: Rice (domestic), rice malt (domestic) Rice polishing ratio: 55 Alcohol content: 16%.

Hizen Kurashin Junmai Ginjo Yamadanishiki Hi-ire The last time we drank this was Omachi, but this one is made with the best rice in the sake brewing world, Mohansei! It is ama, delicious, bitter, and sharp! It also has plenty of acidity! It tastes as good as you'd expect.

The rice used is Osan Nishiki It is not a simple light dry taste, but you can feel a little sweetness in the bitterness and spiciness. The flavor is just like the name "Super Dry", and there is a part that makes you think "high alcohol content❗️", but it is not spicy, and you can feel the tenderness. A bottle of melon-flavored sake that was recommended to me when I asked the liquor store if they had any melon- or banana-flavored sake. It has been a little while since I have had Abu-no-Tsuru itself, but I am glad I did because I have been wanting to drink it! Ah, so this is the melon type. I'm becoming more and more unable to distinguish it from the pineapple type, and my tongue is getting more and more stupid, but it is indeed melon-type, lol, lol, lol. The third day was a good time to relax, or rather, the tropical aroma was a little lessened, and the taste was well-balanced and amazingly delicious! From the moment you take a sip, the aroma comes in and the umami gradually expands, then the sweetness like Andes melon expands, then the umami fades gently with the sourness, and finally the bitterness comes out gradually. I think I like this feeling a lot. It is a gorgeous yet somewhat subdued sake, but it is actually quite delicious! I really recommend the first or second day for those who like tropical aromas, and the third day for those who want it to settle down a bit more! As is often the case with good sake, I drank it all up quickly...it was actually a great sake...? I was secretly impressed!
