( ´ ´ ` )🍶🍶🍶🍶´- Today we had a bottle of A-Sakura purchased at Murai, a local sake brewery 😄A collaboration product with A-Sakura? I found it in a corner shop in Akita station 🤔. The aroma is a gorgeous ginjo aroma, and the dryness comes after the umami of the rice 😚 It has a nice sharpness and would go well with any food 😘The description "umami dry" is right on the money 😙I felt it was like a royal road sake 😀.

Hizen Kurashin Junmai Ginjo Yamadanishiki Hi-ire The last time we drank this was Omachi, but this one is made with the best rice in the sake brewing world, Mohansei! It is ama, delicious, bitter, and sharp! It also has plenty of acidity! It tastes as good as you'd expect.

The rice used is Osan Nishiki It is not a simple light dry taste, but you can feel a little sweetness in the bitterness and spiciness. The flavor is just like the name "Super Dry", and there is a part that makes you think "high alcohol content❗️", but it is not spicy, and you can feel the tenderness. It looks cool and smells like melon 🍈. Refreshing, mellow, mildly dry ❣️. It has a nice sharpness and is easy to drink 😋😋. This is the Aino-sato Junmai-shu from Nanyo Jozo, which is famous for Hanayo-yoku. It's a delicious sake with a good balance of umami and sourness, like a fresh apple. It's delicious 😋 and the price is good too. The price is 1320 yen for a four-pack.

Is this a local brand of the same brewery as Hanayo-yoku? The rice is said to be Gohyakumangoku. It's a completely different brew, but it's refreshing and has a gorgeous taste. I had an image of it being classical and hard to drink, but it's a modern sake with impressive acidity. The one I drank recently that is similar is GOGO Gohashi. Gohashi has a muscat-like atmosphere, and this one has a green apple-like atmosphere.
