Aged one year 🍶. A blend of Fukunoka x Yumenoka x Omachi✨. I don't really feel the sense of maturity, It has a mild and calm taste. Best served lukewarm 😋.

This is my first brand of sake: ❗️ A blend of Yumeko, Fukunoka and Omachi ‼️ I can't imagine what it tastes like🤔. No aroma, gentle taste but you can feel the richness as it passes down your throat❗️ It has no particular quirks and has a cohesive taste. I enjoyed drinking it 😊.

I was called to work in Tokyo. I don't like cities. The National Diet building is beautiful with gingko trees in full color. I was surprised that it didn't smell like ginkgo. It is as expected. I went to a restaurant whose name I remember for the first time in a long time. There are a lot of gingko nuts, so I chose the ones I don't think I would buy by myself. Oh, it's full and sweet. Purchased at the HYOGO SAKE EXPO. The aroma is of aged aroma like Shaoxing wine. The hint of gunpowder-like aroma. I think it is clean and easy to drink for an aged wine. I thought it would be good to drink with fruits and sweets. The acidity is a nice accent. Perhaps because it is a daiginjo, it feels fruity even though it is an aged sake.

It's been a long time since I drank outside, and I was so drunk that I don't remember much ... . It was an unforgivable mistake for a drinker....... It was a traditional sake with a strong flavor, and went very well with the avocado yukke we had together (I think). The alcohol content was quite high, so it's good when you want to have a strong drink with a solid accompaniment.

Souvenirs from Shinshin SY Among several souvenirs, I chose this one intuitively by looking at the label. He brought three four-packs of sake as a souvenir, which is a generous gesture for a business traveler who travels all over the country. I would never have been able to do such a thing with my own pocketbook. When I pour it into the cup, it is more yellow than I expected! Is this a matured type? The aroma is slightly fruity, but has a bitter, mature aroma. The mouthfeel is crisp and dry, with a light sweetness and bitterness, and a moderate umami, but the maturing aroma in the aftertaste is unique. The light sourness and bitterness in the aftertaste are quite a tricky thing to pull off. This strange taste is not one of my favorites, but it is something that makes me want to drink it again. It reminds me of that strange feeling I had in junior high school when I used to prank cigarettes behind my back. It's a treat!

The last of Hankyu Brewery Festival The first one: Fukuoka Wakatakeya Debut Sake like a dark white wine with the flavor of rice. But it is easy to drink! But be careful, it has 17 degrees of alcohol! This is also a 3-day record. Chiebijin was not enough, so I threw in a small bottle. This is the pink label of Yatsuka, which I have come to like! It feels more rounded than Chiebijin. Delicious!

The brewery is more impressive for its shochu Ginza no Suzume than for its sake. Tasted and purchased. It has a gorgeous aroma and is fruity even when drunk. 1801 yeast is used, making it a sweet and fruity sake that is easy to understand. I wish they would release a fresh sake of this one. I felt it was sweeter and fruity at room temperature than when it was chilled to the perfect temperature.

First Eagle of Koshi. Dry, clear and light. A little sweetness and acidity. The last taste is a bit bitter and lactic acidity. The impression is that it is a food sake type. When you drink it again, it is light and refreshing, but there may be a trace of sweetness like melon or apple. It seems more pungent when drunk as a food wine than as a stand-alone wine... Souvenirs from my husband's business trip to Fukui I have been enjoying it slowly since the weekend. I guess it is the type of drink I don't usually drink. I felt it was dry.
