The last of Hankyu Brewery Festival The first one: Fukuoka Wakatakeya Debut Sake like a dark white wine with the flavor of rice. But it is easy to drink! But be careful, it has 17 degrees of alcohol! This one was taught by Haruei Chichi and Gura. It's my first time in Fukuoka with this delicious drink! Thank you very much 🙏. The second one, Tottori Inada Honten IKU'S SHIRO Sweet and sour, tastes like juice. I tasted various kinds of sake while learning from many members. It was a lot of fun! If you are going tomorrow or later, please drink a lot and enjoy 🎶.

1673 2022/9 Debut Junmai Unfiltered Nama Sake Fukuoka Reihou 70% +1 2.7 2.1 Saccharomyces saccharomyces saccharomyces yabe 17° 22/9 A+ Wakatakeya Sake Brewery, Kurume City, Fukuoka 720 1485 This is a unique and delicious sake with a strong umami and acidity. I felt a little astringency on the second day. Sake has always been good except for a few decades after World War II, I thought as I drank it. I think so while drinking this sake. Cold sake.

My eyes stop on a drink I've never seen 👀. From the owner's brother. He said, "It tastes just like it says on the label."✨ It is indeed a white grape with a wine taste 🍇. It's dry and crisp with a strong acidity 😋. It's very liquor-heavy and alu-alcoholic 🤣. This is a good one on its own 😋. I'm a sogape lover and I'm hooked 😆. We have sogape in Fukuoka 👍.

I got this as a souvenir because I'm sure most of the major sweet and fruity types drink it. This is a completely new sake to me. And it's a 2019BY one-year aged raw sake. It looks almost like wine. I heard that it uses Saccharomyces sakei Yabe, the first sake yeast in Japan. It is sweet and sour. Grape-like. I think so. A little bit of caramel. It's very rich, sweet and fruity. This is addictive. It's delicious.

Stylish label that reminds me of wine✨. It's a high acid type of wine (probably dragged down by the label...)! Light on the palate and easy to drink! Seems to go better with western food than Japanese food! Apparently they use the first yeast in Japan called Saccharomyces Yabe! Is that a quick word...?
