I went to Sakatoya in Mizonokuchi to buy a bottle of Ayahana's slightly heated sake, but they were selling Reiho by weight, which is only sold in 1 sho (1.5 liter) bottles. First, I tasted it cold. The first aroma was slightly sweet. In the mouth, it has a beautiful sweetness with a hint of sourness. The sweetness is moderate and refreshing. Next, we tried it warmed up.
