When I went to Kobe Kita Aeon today, Daimon Shuzo was there. I heard that it was brewed with Gohyakumangoku (five hundred million stone), so I decided to try it. This is my second sake from Osaka. My favorite robust dry sake. It is delicious.

The 8th Japanese Sake Festival @ Osaka Bay Tower⑰. Rikyubai] booth in Osaka. Rikyubai Katanogahara Junmai Daiginjyo Nama-nara Sake. It is quite rich, sweet and delicious. Personally, I like it. Rikyubai Summer Ginjo Junmai Ginjo Namaishu I think it was light and refreshing, just like summer sake. Yes, it's almost time to forget about it.

☆☆☆☆☆ I've had Beian Daigoku before, but this is the first time I've had Iyari. It is a lineup of Yamahai. It has the same flavor as Hokan-Daikoku, but with the acidity of Yamahai. No, it might be good. I'm not saying it might be, but it's good.

I went to Kuwana this holiday weekend and found a sake shop that sold a lot of local sake from Mie and bought this sake. It is a summer-only fresh-stored sake. It has a slightly sweet taste at first, followed by a sour taste and a cool feeling. It was delicious. 2134 yen.

fourth cup of Tsunite (four cups of sake) Rice used is Gohyakumangoku It has a gorgeous aroma and a smooth taste. It was a light and spicy sake with a clear acidity and a good spiciness. As a food sake, I thought it was the best of the day! It is also delicious.

This is the first sake I learned of its existence in a store. It has a sweet and delicious taste with a hint of rummy. The second half has a pungent taste, but it seems to converge with the first half. As the description says, it is light and refreshing at first, but in the second half, it is thicker and gives a different impression. It is slightly fruity and dry.

Mildly umami when warmed, with a strong sense of sharpness accompanied by acidity. The sharpness becomes gentler when it is cooled. It is best not to raise the temperature too high.

Purchased in Toshima-ku, Tokyo♪ Alcohol content@15.0 to 16.0 Sake degree@+6.0 Acidity @ 1.4 Rice used@Yamadanishiki Polishing ratio@60 Personal Recommendation@3.8/5.0 I recommended Sake Cost Sake Brewery to my daughter who was looking for a part-time job at an izakaya after school, but she was told that there was no part-time position available at the restaurant she wanted and they were not hiring, so she decided to go to another Italian bar. I thought she might be able to drink cheaper with the family discount, but alas 😢. Since the last Ryuki was sweet, we wanted to try something a little dry, so we went looking for some Shizuoka sake 🤗. I don't have an image of Shizuoka sake as a modern sake, but I wonder if there is any 😅. Well, I took it out of the fridge and drank it cold 😃. Yes, it's refreshingly dry but surprisingly soft on the palate and easy to drink 😗. I thought this would definitely taste better lukewarm 🍶, so I warmed it up and the mouthfeel became softer and softer 🍶❣️ It is not a sake that has any special characteristics, but the price is reasonable, so it is worth buying 🤭.

Next is Bishu Kotobuki's Kame-no-o + No. 7 Orikarami. This was also freshly opened. First, it was served cold. The first aroma is faintly sweet. In the mouth, there is a slight acidity, umami, and sweetness. It gradually finishes with a slight astringency that is typical of Kame-no-o. Next, it was served warm. The first aroma is faintly sweet. In the mouth, it has a slightly robust umami and sweetness. The taste is slightly astringent, which is typical of Kame-no-o, and it gradually fades away. It tastes better when heated up too.

The first saké I had last time was a clear saké of Yumeginko from Bishu Kotobuki with No.7 yeast. It is a draft sake, but it was stored at room temperature at the store, so we served it as it was. The first aroma is sweet with a hint of banana and ripe melon. In the mouth, the sweetness and umami are again like banana and ripe melon. The flavor profile is even clearer than last time, sweet and delicious 🥰. I think this sake tastes better if you let it sit for a bit after opening. It was delicious 🍶✨

Finally, we had a bottle of Yumeginko +7 Sumi-shu. This was also freshly opened. First, it was served at room temperature. The first aroma is faintly sweet. In the mouth, there is a moderate acidity with a hint of sweetness and umami like banana or ripe melon. The flavor profile is clear, probably due to the lack of orikura. Then warmed up. The first aroma is faintly sweet. In the mouth, it has a sweetness and umami like banana and ripe melon. The moderate acidity adds a nice accent. Both cold and warmed sake were delicious. I think this was also the best of the three. They have 2 types of Sumi-shu and 1 type of Oragara-mi that I haven't tried yet, so I have to go drink them 😋.

Drinking with my wife on our wedding anniversary last week, when we visited Tsushima Tsuru at the Metropolitan Morioka New Wing (laughs). Next up was a Hiyoroshi (Hiyori) Junmai Harazake by Drunken Sen. It's a refreshingly dry sake. The description says to enjoy the mellow flavor, but that's just my personal opinion... (^_^;) Good with sashimi! It was delicious! (^○^)

I tried three types of draft sake at a tasting and sale of Drunken Sen in Hankyu. I couldn't find a picture of the first one I drank, the Honjozo Nama, even though I searched for it. I couldn't find a picture of the first one I drank, but I guess it was because it wasn't winter time and there was no snow. I was told that this was a matured nama sake. It was delicious, with a beautiful, round taste. I had a hard time deciding which one to buy, but the last one I tasted was a fruity special junmai, so I went for that one.

Tasted and purchased at Umeda Hankyu. Sake from the Drunken Sake Brewery. It seems to be a terroir-like sake. It is delicious with a little bit of gasiness and both fruity and rice flavor. Once the gas disappears, the fruity taste disappears and the umami flavor takes center stage. I don't feel much spiciness. I wasn't sure whether to register it as Tagata, but the cap was Drunken Sen, so I registered it as Drunken Sen.

I wonder if it tastes old-fashioned for the label😅. It has a good flavor, but it's also very sour: ❗️ I think it's difficult for people who don't like sake 🙏. The sweetness increases as the temperature goes up. I would like to try it warmed up next time. ❗️ It tastes like it would go well with strong flavored food or oily food 🤔.

Tatsusen is a first. The rice called "Kyo no Hana No.1" is also new to me. The name alone might make you think it is Kyoto rice😅. It seems to be a phantom rice revived by the Tatsusen brewery. Is the aroma a little peculiar? It has a beautiful and elegant fruity taste. It's hard to describe its complexity. It is a light sake. There is a strong sense of extract and grain. The acidity is strong at the end. It has a caramel-like taste. The overall impression is dry. Fruity and dry?

The third shot was Tatsuzumi, Sashiu-san's gift sake. It's so bitter, isn't it? Tatsusen! It is said to be a special blend of Junmai-Nigori and Jungin-Nigori, so I imagined it to be cloudy and heavy, but contrary to its appearance, it is light and easy to drink with a light gasiness and sweet acidity from a clear dry base. This is also a horse! Thank you very much for the meal!
