I received a drinking set from a colleague. When I think of Iwate, Akabu is the first that comes to mind, But there are more than 20 sake breweries in Iwate alone. It was nice to have a variety of sake, not just the popular ones.

I caught a stag beetle followed by a rhinoceros beetle and I'm going to eat it. It took me a while to open it, but...it's delicious! I think I prefer the Kabutomushi because they are different from each other, but I prefer the Kabutomushi. I think I prefer "Kabutomushi" to "Kuwagata." Sentori is very interesting. I wonder if I am becoming a follower of Sentori without realizing it! I've been drinking it while thinking, "I'm a believer of SENKYO!

This is the BLACK of the INSIDE MEETING. Actually, there was an opportunity to purchase WHITE, but I went through a bit and here it is. The unfiltered draft I had a while ago was sweet, but this is totally different, with a gusto and a sweetness at the end. It's so different...interesting! Ahhh...I guess I should have had the WHITE one too...
