Downhill Sake Story Event 3) From the Itami Laematsu Sake Brewery, established in 1688, we drank "Laematsu" Itamigo Special Honjozo, a highly prestigious sake for the Shogun. At Hankyu Department Store I had a chance to drink all kinds of sake. The nigori was also delicious. They also gave us a 1:1 blend of nigori and junmai. It was also delicious. The one that caught my attention was the Junmai sake "P&A (Panda)", Junmai sake "P&A (Panda)". It's black and white, so I guess it's 🐼😁. It is said that lactic acid is not used in the yeast stocking but is substituted with citric acid produced from white and black malted rice and fermented slowly at low temperature. At home. The other day, on a trip to Aichi Atsuta Houraiken, I opened a bottle of the one I bought at the supermarket to have a little drink at the hotel. When I bought it, I thought it was a Nagoya sake.... Shizuoka Business Trip #15 Today I had my first taste of rainbow at Nagashima, which was recommended by ellie and @Mizuhashi 😀! I drank it thinking it was definitely a rich one, and it definitely was 😋 😋 It's a little sweet with lots of flavor, but also has a nice sharpness 👍🌟It's good at room temperature, but I thought it would definitely be good heated up too 🥳I'm going to heat it up tomorrow 🤔.

The second restaurant is Sushi Nakamura. This sake was wholesaled by my childhood friend Fujikouji Sake Shop. Unlike the standard Tenkohi, this sake is too refreshing 🤔. This Usagetsukimine seems to be only for Izakaya (Japanese style pubs) and not for retail stores. The standard Tenkohi is more like a thicker, mellow and fruity sake, but this sake is the opposite. The accompaniment is seared cod roe.
