Today, I'm going to raise something I used to drink and kept proper records of. I drank it at a restaurant when I was on a business trip to Osaka and thought it was delicious, so I looked for it myself and bought it. It was labeled as dry, but it had a clean, easy-drinking taste with a slight umami flavor. It goes very well with sashimi. Very tasty! (^O^)

It is written "Taki Suiryu" and read "Hayase". It is said to have been served at the Ise-Shima Summit 😮. It has a sake meter of +10, but it is not a very spicy sake, but a model of umami-spicy sake. There is a firm spiciness in the aftertaste, but it is accompanied by a mild rice flavor and is not difficult to drink at all. #Hamamatsu# I went back to my parents' home in Hamamatsu during Golden Week. I left Tokyo around 3pm in the afternoon. Tomei Expressway had zero traffic jam 😯 Surprised 😆. It was good to move at the time to spend in the holiday resort 🤔. Arrived at my hometown and bought gyoza (dumplings) and sake (sake) at my parents' house.
