The aroma is mild 🤔I can feel the umami of rice in the mouth 😚 I can feel a little sweetness, but it goes down smoothly 😊. I felt it is a delicious sake that can be enjoyed with food or as a stand-alone sake 🥳.

We bought it at Shiramizu Sake Shop in Takaramachi, Kasuga City, Fukuoka Prefecture. The owner was very kind and explained a lot about sake, and when I told him I prefer fruity sake, he recommended this sake. When I asked him about the meaning of "oishu", he told me that it means to store new sake at a low temperature for a long time. It was a good learning experience. It stung me because I like it sweet. Koshino-Hachiho Junmai Sake This is also a brand new to me! It is a light and dry sake with the main flavor of rice. It is a typical food sake that does not interfere with the taste of the meal.

Niigata Sake no Jin OSAKA⑰ The booth of [Koshinohatoyo]. I had drunk it before, but at the time, I only had the impression that it was labeled with a family crest of Rokubun Sen. The sake was -5 on the sake meter. Originally, they sold a dry sake and a sweet sake, but the sweet sake was said to be too sweet, so they made this sake. It has a moderate sweetness, a complex bitterness in the aftertaste, and a sharp convergence from a slightly nutty taste. Sake: Sake with a Sake meter of -10. Sake meter rating -10, not sticky sweet, but clear sweet. It doesn't feel that sweet to me, but I guess that's just a matter of the temperature range. Koshinohatoyo Junmai Genshu. The umami taste is felt and then there is a bitter bitterness, and from the aroma that passes through the nose, the richness of the rice flavor. It has the sense of sake at the beginning. Niigata Sake no Jin OSAKA⑯ Echigo Sake Brewery of the Ozeki Group is a little-known sake brewery. The sake used was Nanafukujin Junmai by Kikunoji Sake Brewery. It is not sticky-sweet, but rather light and easy to drink. If the sake is not made with the same level of care and attention as the all-you-can-drink sake, more and more people will leave the sake industry, and short-term tricks will not be effective these days. At home. The other day, on a trip to Aichi Atsuta Houraiken, I opened a bottle of the one I bought at the supermarket to have a little drink at the hotel. When I bought it, I thought it was a Nagoya sake.... Tochigi sake featured in Hankyu Department Store's Traveling SAKE. It was not that spicy and easy to drink. It was different from the image I had in my mind. As the pop-up says, it is also surprisingly gorgeous. I guess because Tenryaka is made from organically grown rice, you can find it in natural food stores. The regular Amataka is particularly dry, and the organic series doesn't seem to be that dry.

Tochigi sake featured in Hankyu Department Store's Traveling SAKE. Nemuchi was hesitant to drink Tenryaka because it was dry, so I encouraged him to try Kuho Series, saying it was fruity. I have been avoiding Tenryaku until now. I was surprised to find that the sparingly spiced Kuo series is not spicy but rather sweet and delicious. I'm sorry I've been avoiding this sparring even if I saw it at a liquor store.
