Tochigi sake featured in Hankyu Department Store's Traveling SAKE. It was not that spicy and easy to drink. It was different from the image I had in my mind. As the pop-up says, it is also surprisingly gorgeous. I guess because Tenryaka is made from organically grown rice, you can find it in natural food stores. The regular Amataka is particularly dry, and the organic series doesn't seem to be that dry.

Tochigi sake featured in Hankyu Department Store's Traveling SAKE. Nemuchi was hesitant to drink Tenryaka because it was dry, so I encouraged him to try Kuho Series, saying it was fruity. I have been avoiding Tenryaku until now. I was surprised to find that the sparingly spiced Kuo series is not spicy but rather sweet and delicious.
