This sake is also made from 100% Gohyakumangoku. The bottle was opened safely, but the gas came up and the lees were like a cloud. ☁️ Automatic stirring is complete 🫡.
The aroma is clean with a nice lactic acidity and the taste is very dry with bitterness and alcohol as the main ingredients 😋😋😋😋 This sake is even drier than Hirotogawa Nigori, so it is suitable for those who prefer dry sake and can be served as a food wine 🍶.
