It has a sweetness that is typical of rice, lactic yogurt and acidity, and is delicious 🐴🐴🐴🐴, but it has a high alcohol spiciness on the back end that makes it very drinkable. I had a puku puku brew the other day. I think it is similar to the junmai sake I drank the other day from Pukupuku Brewing (that one is Koshihikari) 🤗.
I heated it up to lukewarm to try it out and it doubled in flavor 😋.
