I opened a bottle of "Kitayuki Junmai Ginjo" from Sado Island, Niigata, which I was told about at an izakaya I often visit!
It has a sweet aroma from the moment it is poured, and when you take it into your mouth, the sweet and umami flavors quickly run out, leaving you with a gentle, smooth, and clear image of the after-flavor!
Whether it is the water or the brewing method, I am addicted to this clear aftertaste!
With only one month left in this year, I'm getting drunk and thinking that it's time to narrow down the bottle of 2022 that I will choose 🍶.
