兄貴
A gift of Tokyo's local sake. The aroma is old-fashioned, with a faint shark... The mouthfeel is full of the delicious flavor of rice. As the label on the back says, it is a new sake, so it is fresh but rough, maybe a little dry. I wonder if it's good as a food sake... I'm sipping it with albacore tempura and fish yukke as a side dish.
