It makes me feel a little bit warm.
I had to go to Itami.
I bought it.
Junmai Ginjo is
There are 300ml and a boxed version.
but they seem to be different from each other.
This time it is 300ml.
The taste is soft and sweet on the palate
It is soft and sweet on the palate with a clean aftertaste.
It goes down smoothly.

Saijo Sake Festival. Sake Hiroba drinking contest.
About 30 minutes after the start of the festival, the entrance gate was getting crowded😅.
Oh, now? It's like... but the sight from inside the venue was a safe biohazard 🧟🧟♀️🧟♂️
It's sake 🍶.
First sake 🍶 to go.
The color is slightly yellow🟨. Sweet and sour😖 when you sip it.
No alcohol taste, but a hackneyed feeling in the aftertaste. I thought it was easy to drink as it is light and straight 😊.
Purchased when I went to Itami before summer.
Finally
I finished it.
The taste is soft on the palate
The spiciness lingers in the throat.
This spiciness is very peculiar.
As soon as the spiciness disappears
Another bite, another bite
It's so good!
Itami Laomatsu is not often seen in stores.
If you visit Itami, you must see it!
My mom called me and said she couldn't explain the alcohol because I hadn't been there, so she called her son and asked him to come.
The son handled it from here.
I've been going there for years and this is the first time I've talked to him.
Old pine tree in our neighborhood, Itami.
Unlike Hakusetsu, which is also from Itami, it seems to be dry, but this one was quite sweet. The only description on the bottle is "Nama-nazake," but it says "unfiltered" on the side.
It has a fizzy, bubbly, sweet and dry taste.
I found some comments about it being dry when I searched for it, so either the BY makes a difference or my taste buds are buggy 🤔.
I'm always curious to know if Old Pine brews its own sake, but this one was labeled as "Producer" on the label.
If the label says so, it must be brewed by the company if the rules are followed.
This place uses different labels for different products, such as "processor" and "seller".
I wonder if they are really brewing in that small building? I was talking about that😅.
I drank it last May, but this time I brought it to a cherry blossom viewing party at work.
Tangy and slightly effervescent
Strong flavor and dry
Still delicious 😋.
I went to the Hakusetsu Sake Festival and tasted it in front of the direct sales store and bought it because it was delicious. I didn't have a good image of Laematsu, but after drinking it, my image changed. It is a refreshing and fruity sake with a nice aftertaste. It has a nice aftertaste. The cost is very reasonable. I will repeat this product.

Nada Gogo booth 🍶 continues to be the best sake brewery in Japan
The second drink was my first Old Pine.
I imagine bouken drinks it regularly 💡.
A little bit of sweetness, but it flows quickly and smoothly.
Maybe because it was Junmai Daiginjo, the taste was too clean to clearly identify the characteristics of this brewery 💧.
Good evening, Mr. Yoohee😃.
There used to be an Itami sake corner at Alplaza Tsukashin, but when I went there the other day, it was greatly reduced in size😅.
They used to have a Laematsu in this area, but it was dusty 💦.
Good morning, bouken. ☀︎
Oh dear, I guess even the locals don't drink much Itami sake?
Well, if you want to buy expensive Junmai Daiginjo, you should buy other brands....
Downhill Sake Story Event
3)
From the Itami Laematsu Sake Brewery, established in 1688, we drank "Laematsu" Itamigo Special Honjozo, a highly prestigious sake for the Shogun. It has the flavor of honjozo and a smooth throat.
It is also good as heated sake.
A joint sake brewing song was performed.
The song was sung in slightly different tunes at each brewery.
It was a nice touch.
The symbol of Kobe, the Port Tower🗼, is closed for renovation work.
One of the two existing sake breweries in Itami
Konishi Sake Brewery also brews beer, and has remodeled a brewery to open a brewery, but this one was small and compact.
It was impressive to see local people fetching water from the same spring as the brewing water next to the store.
The sake is a classic sake with an austere feel.
Today we will take a walk around the sake brewery in Itami.
Itami Morohaku has been designated as a Japanese Heritage site,
It seems to be the centerpiece of Itami tourism.
There are two sake breweries, Konishi Shuzo and Itami Laosho, near Hankyu Itami Station.
There are two sake breweries, Konishi Shuzo and Itami Laosho, near Itami Station on the Hankyu Line.
We took a walk from the Itami City Museum of Art to Konishi and then to Old Pine.
First, we went to Konishi Shuzo.
For 100 yen, you can try 6 kinds of sake.
After tasting 5 kinds, I was asked curiously why I removed one kind. It didn't make sense 💧.
Itami Morohaku was my favorite ^ ^.
Then we went to Old Pine.
When we entered the store, we saw customers leaving 200 yen on the counter and having the store staff pour a paper cup full of sake and walk away.
I looked closer and saw that the tasting was limited to Saturdays and Sundays, and for 200 yen you could sample 150 ml of three different types of sake! So, I tasted the first shibori.
It has a mild and smooth taste.
It has a refreshing acidity and a savory sweet taste. It has a rich and mellow taste with a strong rice flavor.
But it has a fine, fizzy bitterness and a piquant spiciness that leaves a refreshing aftertaste.
However, the alcohol content of 19-20% is too high, making it a dangerous lunchtime drink.
Next to the restaurant, well water is served free of charge,
There was always a long line of people waiting to get in!
It was hard to take pictures of unattended.
Well, it was an interesting sightseeing tour of Itami ^ ^ ^.
Good evening, Pon-chan. It was nice to explore Itami in a compact way. It was interesting to see an old Japanese house connected to an art museum, and there were many stylish sake cups in the craft store there 😊.
Good evening, Tsubu-chan. Itami has a strong image of an airport, but surprisingly, sightseeing was also interesting 😊You should explore various places even in the neighborhood.
Good evening, Mr. Hirupeko 😃.
Sake brewery walk with tasting near the station 🚶♀️ sounds like a good sightseeing course in Itami 🤗19-20 degrees might make you dizzy😵 after too much tasting though 😅.
Good evening, Jay & Nobby. It was fun sightseeing in Itami. It seems that Laematsu doesn't produce their own sake, but the tasting was a great experience. Konishi Sake Brewery has a restaurant and other attractive shops besides the direct sales shop✨.
Light and refreshing, but with a hint of sweetness. There is not much lingering flavor.
The 4th picture is the shelf of the supermarket where I bought it. It's in Amagasaki, but the Itami promotion is great😳Well, it's partly because it's on the border of the city of Itami🙄.
By the way, what kind of sake is Itami Laomatsu?
Processor (buy sake from another company, add water and adjust it, and bottle it in-house)
Seller (only sales are outsourced to other companies. Some products may have a label on the bottle. Some products have a label of the manufacturer)
Manufacturer (maybe they manufacture it themselves?)
The fact that there are these three patterns is a mystery. Before, there were only the top two, but recently, some products have the manufacturer's label 🤔.
I wonder if they have resumed in-house manufacturing for some products only.
Good morning bouken😃
Do the breweries in Itami not make their own sake 😳⁉️ I hope some breweries will make their own sake 😌I would like to try their own sake if it is made by their own company... 😋.
Hi Rafa 😃
Hakusetsu makes their own sake in Itami 😊.
I have a feeling that some of them don't make it and some seem to make it but I'm not sure 😅I might get erased if I probe too much 🤣.
