I was curious about Kanagawa sake 🍶 purchased at the brewery. Is it for export? Stylish bottle. It has a 90% Omachi rice polishing ratio and 40% koji ratio from Okayama Prefecture. Aroma: Mellow Omachi sweet aroma...sweet mouthfeel! It's not so much a food sake as a wine, but rather a wine that can be drunk in small sips. It's like a dolce in wine. Recommended for first time sake drinkers! I can't wait for this encounter with this delicious sake!

Purchased at the Origuchi Sake Shop when I went to make a reservation for the Risshun morning pressing. Dark sweetness and strong acidity. The acidity is apple-like. It has a strong sweetness and acidity, but it is light and refreshing and easy to drink. It is a little dry and has a cider-like atmosphere with no gasiness.

I thought it would be a light nigori, sweet type of sake, but it turned out to be a crisp, dry sake. It is a refreshingly clear type of nigori sake with a slight gaseous taste that can be drunk smoothly and refreshingly.

I bought this one after tasting it with Daikoku Masamune at Yamamoto Sake Shop in Kuise and wondering about it. I had tasted Tomikunaga in the past, but this was the first time I bought it. This is a rice called Yatanso, which is used only by Tomikunaga. It has just the right amount of gas and sweetness. Not too sweet, but just the right amount. It is like the sweetness and umami of rice. Balanced type. I would like to try other types of rice.

This sake is brewed by Miho Imada, who was selected as one of the "100 Women of the Year" in 2020. I've been wanting to try this sake for a long time because of its high reputation in magazines and without any special glasses. The first sip was soft and clear like water, and then I felt the sharpness. On the second sip, you can taste the umami and acidity. There is also a slight pleasant bitterness at the end. It is characterized by the softness of soft water and a clean mouthfeel with no miscellaneous flavors. And yet, it is a modern dry taste with a wide range of flavors, which I personally like very much and it's really delicious! The aroma and taste are not strong, so it doesn't seem like there is a "this" kind of weapon, but it has no peculiarities and anyone can enjoy it, so I take my hat off to its broad-mindedness. You can drink it all the time... or infinitely. I am also amazed at its wide range of defenses, going very well with greasy dishes like fried foods and crisp salads. To use a baseball player's analogy, it's like Shuta Tonosaki of the Seibu Lions, who can defend any position at a high level.

At home. This sake is often introduced in Sake no Wa. I've been curious about it for a while now, and finally got around to buying it. When I opened the bottle, it made a nice sound and bubbles appeared when I poured it into the glass. When I poured it into the glass, bubbles appeared.

Green apple-like aroma, clear sweetness, good acidity and bitterness. I found it quite delicious😊. I was drinking it with good taste, and at the end of it, I was like... "Oh, it was related to the ❗️ cage 😵" A painful mistake. I kind of drank up only the bitter lees and decided to mix it properly next time lol.

TENJOJI Junmai Unfiltered Nama-shu 720ml Rice: Gohyakumangoku from Okuidumo, Tsuyahime from Shimane Rice polishing ratio 60 Alcohol 17%. This sake was bundled with the February hanpukai. Drinking Tenshuu makes me want to go to Izumo and eat soba noodles😃. The aroma of this one is very distinctive. It has a pleasant smoky aroma. I guess you could call it fragrance 😁.

Tenshitsu Haru no Tsuki Slightly sparkling Junmai Nigori Nama Shu 720ml Rice polishing ratio: 60 Alcohol content: 18%. I opened a bottle of Tenshitsu that was included in the February hanpukai. It has a very complex flavor. It is fresh but also has a bitter taste, gasiness, and a slight smokiness. It tastes like an adult. Interesting.

At home. Nagano sake, Kuroemon XVI, was the first time I️ had it. The aroma is gorgeous, the fruity taste is noticeable in the mouth, and it is refreshing and easy to drink. Nagano Prefecture is really great! No disappointment‼️.

Tonight, our first series of impactful jackets here 💁. It's Taxi Driver🚕🚕🚕🚕. It was shipped from the brewery in April this year, but what a H30BY (R0BY) and it's a 5 year aged sake 😆. The aroma of old sake, which also smells like Shaoxing wine, is in full swing from the moment the bottle is opened 🤣. It was served cold, but it is easy to drink because of its acidity. It would be good to drink it warmed up in the fall. ☺️ I wonder if it would go well with Chinese food since it has a Shaoxing sake-like flavor, and I'm going to research how to drink it based on other sakewa reviewers 💪. But it's a very intoxicating drink so I'll stop after one cup 😓.

First drink. Weak fruity feeling that I didn't imagine from the label that has impact. But it is also full. There is a miscellaneous taste (my personal feeling) like the Yamahai brewing style with low rice polishing, but it is a moderate level, so I feel it is unique. It has just the right amount of sweetness to satisfy my preference for sweetness. I enjoyed it with a plate of delicious sashimi (´ω).
