Purchased at the Origuchi Sake Shop when I went to make a reservation for the Risshun morning pressing.
Dark sweetness and strong acidity. The acidity is apple-like. It has a strong sweetness and acidity, but it is light and refreshing and easy to drink.
It is a little dry and has a cider-like atmosphere with no gasiness.
