I bought it in a trial size because I had an image that it looked peculiar. It has a unique flavor that I've never experienced before😳 It's so good! I loved it the first time I opened the bottle😋. I wanted to keep it to enjoy the change in flavor, but it was gone in one night 🤪. I would buy this in a bigger bottle👍.

I'll take a small 300ml bottle of Mr. Tsuchida's new sake🙏. It has a fresh taste with the richness and sweetness that only Tsuchida can provide 😆 . My first Kurosawa. Just after opening the bottle, the cork blew up to the ceiling. When you pour it, it fires strongly. When you drink it, it is refreshing like a carbonated drink. Immediately afterwards, a strong flavor and a strong alcohol feeling rushes in. There is no sweetness, and the mellowness of the umami and nigori is addictive. It is a very delicious sake. Oden with a side of oden It's a dangerous sake with a gentle sweetness that is typical of Shinshu sake and a bitter and astringent taste that will keep you going 😆. Purchased on a business trip to Tokyo to try it. Almost a year later, I finally opened the bottle. It is sweet, with a hint of acidity, maybe the work of wine yeast. Finally, the rice flavor tastes like Koshihikari from Tango. Bats for sure. The 22nd year was brewed with Italian rice called Carnaroli, which I wanted to drink.

I've had it for drinking out of doors, Edo Kaijo! Is it brewed in Shiba, Minato-ku? Dry! Is the alcohol content high? I thought it would be 14 degrees. I was curious about Kanagawa sake 🍶 purchased at the brewery. Is it for export? Stylish bottle. It has a 90% Omachi rice polishing ratio and 40% koji ratio from Okayama Prefecture. Aroma: Mellow Omachi sweet aroma...sweet mouthfeel! It's not so much a food sake as a wine, but rather a wine that can be drunk in small sips. It's like a dolce in wine.
