I bought this one after tasting it with Daikoku Masamune at Yamamoto Sake Shop in Kuise and wondering about it.
I had tasted Tomikunaga in the past, but this was the first time I bought it.
This is a rice called Yatanso, which is used only by Tomikunaga. It has just the right amount of gas and sweetness. Not too sweet, but just the right amount. It is like the sweetness and umami of rice. Balanced type. I would like to try other types of rice.
