This was also purchased at Oka Sake Shoten, the same place as Unjaku. The aroma is mild but unique. The aroma is mild but unique, and it has a light aged feeling, probably because it has been shipped for a long time. If you drink it cold, it has some peculiarities, but overall it is flat. The umami acidity has a strong impact. It would be good to warm it up as well. According to the staff at the store, they won't be making PURE PINK this year. The rice used is Omachi from Okayama Prefecture. It has a dark mouthfeel and a bit of maturity, but as the days go by, it becomes more rounded and changes to a level where even those who are not good at it can go. However, even though it has become more rounded and easier to drink, the sweetness and strength of the Omachi can still be clearly seen, so there will be different tastes. For me, it's a very interesting sake! The first day I opened the bottle, I thought it might be too peculiar to pair with a meal. However, from the second day onwards, while maintaining its richness, it gradually becomes lighter and lighter, and is not bad as a food sake. If you roll it around in your mouth, it is a nicely aged sake, but if you drink it with gusto, you can drink it without worrying too much. Still, I want to enjoy the aged feeling of this kind of sake, so drinking it a little bit every day is good for me.

It is a versatile sake with a soft sweetness and acidity of cucumber and herbs and a clean aftertaste that is also very sake-like 😊. It is as delicious as the rumors say 😋😋😋😋😋.

Tonight, here is a very popular project sake from Yamagata 💁. La Jomon Shoumon Koji Triple Masamune Nama Sake 2023BY✨. I think it is safe to say that this is the second most popular sake after Jyushidai. I think it is. Well, it's hard to buy and sells out quickly 😫 Now, this is the first Koji Sanbai Masozo-shu Nama-shu in my house. As you know, the specs are as perverted as you can imagine 🤣 it is made with Dewanosato x 66% koji ratio x 66% milled rice ratio x Kyokai No.6 yeast 🤣. The taste is very pleasant with the strong acidity of triple the koji, and it is easy to drink. It is not white koji, but it reminds me of a certain cat sake 😺.

Tonight, I opened a bottle of this one to accompany my dinner of kochi and kampachi sashimi and squid cod roe 💁. La Jomon Six Nama Sake 2023BY✨ We happened to have a lot of Six Nama Sake on hand, so we'll have a quick bottle. When I poured a glass of chilled sake, it had the usual mild uri aroma, a beautiful acidity, a little sweetness and citrusy flavor like Pocari, and the second half was a mix of astringent, bitter, and spicy flavors. It can be served alone or as a mealtime drink. I'm going to try the "Murasame" that some of the connoisseurs in the area are trying later 🙌

Kashima Shrine, Ikisu Shrine, Katori Shrine I visited and bought from the three shrines of Eastern Japan! This time we got Katori! Junmai Natural Sake 80 I've never tasted sake like this before! Honkin Normal Sake Yellow Label 1,800ml Alcohol added sake, koji rice 60%, kake rice 70%. This was purchased when we tasted it at the brewery last November. After six months had passed, the umami flavor seemed to have taken over. I think it was more smooth when it was first shipped. The aroma is mild and not so much 🤔, probably due to the fact that the bottle was chilled to the perfect temperature before opening. It has a strong umami 👍and a fresh aroma that may be derived from the Yamahai method 😊It has a nice sharpness to it 😚. Summer sake🌻⛅️ is over and it's time for cold sake🍁🍄🌰 which is now in full flavor🥰I'm looking forward to the future sake🥳.
