This was also purchased at Oka Sake Shoten, the same place as Unjaku. The aroma is mild but unique. The aroma is mild but unique, and it has a light aged feeling, probably because it has been shipped for a long time. If you drink it cold, it has some peculiarities, but overall it is flat. The umami acidity has a strong impact. It would be good to warm it up as well. According to the staff at the store, they won't be making PURE PINK this year. When heated, the sweet and savory flavor really shines through. I definitely recommend it over cold sake.

The rice used is Omachi from Okayama Prefecture. It has a dark mouthfeel and a bit of maturity, but as the days go by, it becomes more rounded and changes to a level where even those who are not good at it can go. However, even though it has become more rounded and easier to drink, the sweetness and strength of the Omachi can still be clearly seen, so there will be different tastes. For me, it's a very interesting sake! The first day I opened the bottle, I thought it might be too peculiar to pair with a meal. However, from the second day onwards, while maintaining its richness, it gradually becomes lighter and lighter, and is not bad as a food sake. If you roll it around in your mouth, it is a nicely aged sake, but if you drink it with gusto, you can drink it without worrying too much. Still, I want to enjoy the aged feeling of this kind of sake, so drinking it a little bit every day is good for me.

Kashima Shrine, Ikisu Shrine, Katori Shrine I visited and bought from the three shrines of Eastern Japan! This time we got Katori! Junmai Natural Sake 80 I've never tasted sake like this before! This is the first time to drink this brand❗️ This sake is sold at a limited number of stores❗️ The only place to buy it is from the liquor store that was involved in making the rice. Honkin Normal Sake Yellow Label 1,800ml Alcohol added sake, koji rice 60%, kake rice 70%. This was purchased when we tasted it at the brewery last November. After six months had passed, the umami flavor seemed to have taken over. I think it was more smooth when it was first shipped. It was stored in a hallway with a refrigerator pan, so we will enjoy it before it gets too hot. I think I like it better when it returns to room temperature than when it is cold.

Smells like yogurt, and when the temperature rises, it smells like cotton candy. The rice-flavored liquid is slightly carbonated, and while you think it is light to drink, it changes and becomes heavy with rice flavor, astringency, a sourness and bitterness that comes in a rush, then changes to sweetness and a lactic acidity that is tingling and refreshing. The changes are interesting. When muddled, the rice flavor becomes stronger and a little bitter, and the umami that comes after is pleasant, with a slight sweetness and flavors of rice and koji that are both powerful and beautiful. It is delicious.

The aroma is mild and not so much 🤔, probably due to the fact that the bottle was chilled to the perfect temperature before opening. It has a strong umami 👍and a fresh aroma that may be derived from the Yamahai method 😊It has a nice sharpness to it 😚. Summer sake🌻⛅️ is over and it's time for cold sake🍁🍄🌰 which is now in full flavor🥰I'm looking forward to the future sake🥳.
