We had the all-you-can-drink course and had the Shiga Daijiro 😀 I don't remember much, but I think it was like an old-fashioned sake 🤔.

The sake from the west, I thought it would be strong and angular, but it had a mellowness similar to the sake from the east, especially on the second day, and the sweetness was great.
