The effect of oak barrels, or something quite close to whiskey, but the mellowness and acidity of sake is also alive!
I know it's just my imagination, but I feel it's similar to the whiskey akashi.
Of course, if I didn't know any better, I wouldn't have thought so.
I also had a bottle of Junmai Namae in the heated sake corner, but my memory is a little fuzzy on whether or not my brain was getting the alcohol when I got here!
I do remember that it was meant to be heated, but that's about it.

The label is 🌸 with brushstrokes and an old-fashioned look.
The acidity derived from lactic acid fermentation is in harmony with the milky sweetness, enhancing the umami.
It is a plump type that can be drunk on its own or paired with food. 🙆♀️
