Tonight's second bottle was Tsushimaya🌸 It's a sake from Gifu, and as fragrant😍 and rich as the first bottle of Jyushiro, this one is more refreshing and crisp. Both were so good that we ended up emptying the entire bottle 😂. I'm not sure what to make of this, but I'm sure it's a good idea. I promised myself to take a rest day tomorrow😅.

🌧☃️ This is the one that I keep coming back to every year. This year, it's origari, and the expectation is MAX❣️! The name of the wine is "Tropical". This year is also pineapple 🍍! But the clearness of Hatan Nishiki covers it very well. I'm not sure what to make of it. It's a great wine to drink. mellowness☺️. It's a great wine to drink. I️ love it! I tried it again last night, and I'm trying it hot again. It doesn't have much of an aroma, but it has a little color to it, and when I drink it, I feel a rush in my throat and stomach that warms my body.

Sannomaru Autumn hiyaoroshi from Kaito Otokoyama Shuzo. There is almost no standing aroma, but the hint of aroma is pear. It is a junmai sake that was fire-aged before storage and bottled fresh. It has a rich flavor, but it is still fresh, so it is not hard to drink and before you know it, you will be back for more.
