Souvenirs] Untasted brands from Fukushima, a gold medal winning kingdom full of legends, at the Roadside Station "Fukushima" in Osasao, Fukushima City during the Tohoku tour in September. It is indeed a local sake kingdom. Posters of Japan's top gold medal-winning sake and a lot of undrinkable brands. I bought a packet and went for this one. This one is made with Fukunoka, developed by Fukushima Prefecture. It was made for highly refined sake. Mild ginjo aroma. Soft sweetness and rice flavor. Delicious. Easy to drink.

The second check-in in the morning Nice sake with the taste of rice! Is this cheap sake? It's a cheap sake! I think it could be sold for 1000 yen if it was branded like wine... For a businessman like me, it's a blessing! At the mountain pass, I got that Rikimochi (rice cake): ‼︎ They were selling it on the platform. The number of pieces sold at the Pass Station is probably very small, but I guess that's how the stores feel about it! I am very thankful to the railroad lovers! The rice cakes were delicious and slightly salty.

I have neglected to record this and am back to New Year😓😓. At a New Year's party with my uncle, we were treated to a special product from Azumaya in Adachi-ku, Tokyo. It was a very elegant sake with a melon-like aroma and flavor and a well-balanced fresh acidity. ☺️ I know it's a little early, but I'm going to make a reservation for the end of the year 😅😅. Alcohol content: 19%. Sake meter: +20 or higher Recommended on the rocks. Fukushima's driest sake It is very dry and comes on the palate with a thump from the moment you drink it! The spiciness lingers in the mouth and the alcohol leaves the nose. I drank it with oden. The gentle taste and the crisp sake went well together again.
