Another Ishioka sake after Shiraga ❤️. This brewery is famous for Watafune and Taiheikai, but the main local sake is Fuchu Homare👍. By the way, yesterday's group consisted of 1 person in his 30s, 1 person in his 40s, 5 people in their 50s, and 2 people in their 60s, so it was fun to drink sake without worrying 😍! We drank 6 gos of Shiroshika, followed by a whole 4 gos bottle of this 😆. Fruity aroma of white grapes 😆. The taste goes down your throat with a grape-like sweetness and a white wine-like acidity. It's almost a white wine compared to the Shiraga we just had ❤️. The richness of the wine is so strong that I could enjoy it with menchikatsu ❤️.

Homecoming Series 8 We will have local Fuchu Homare with the asparagus we just harvested in the field. It is a table sake of honjozo. It is served lukewarm. This brewery is famous throughout Japan as the brewery that revived the sake rice Watarabune. In metropolitan areas, they have developed the Taiheikai brand. As is typical of honjozo, the attack is clear and clean, and it soaks up the flavor. Clarification is weak and slightly yellowish. The fragrant aroma comes from the yeast (No. 7 or No. 9?). This is the annual eve of the golf competition. About 10 volunteers who stayed the night before gather in front of the station near the golf course to drink sake. The sake was local Fuchu Honor. I noticed that there were two bottles of sake and several four-packs of sake. Not everyone drank equally. Well, as usual, we will try to play golf tomorrow with the extra strength we have. A fun night.

A week of wine parties, Beaujolais Nouveau parties, and other wine-drinking activities is rounded off with sake. Service at a local sake bar at Mito Station is a privilege for regulars. It's apparently a 30-year-old honjozo that's been stored in the fridge. Rather cool label than now Fragrant yellow liquid No deterioration, and the aroma and flavor of maturity spreads in the mouth. Still delicious after 30 years! A drink that will make you want to go back to your sake drinking days tomorrow!

Sushi Toshizaki at Ebisu. Sake was left to me. I had two kinds of sake from the stock at home and one brand that I just drank the other day! So, I post the other ones. This is the fourth following the first Sansho, the second Nirvana Kame, and the third Sakura. This sake is said to be concerned with the expression of terroir like wine. The back label also explains the terroir in detail. In comparison with the first three, it is heavier but absolutely light. The rice flavor is still there. The terroir... even if you ask me to feel the terroir, I don't know it because I don't know the terroir! LOL!

What is this? It's interesting to feel the fizzy sourness and a little bitterness even though the bottle is heated. It is different from fruity sourness. It is just a feeling, not a fizz.
