I bought this at Mori Sake Brewery on my last trip to Hirado! The president of the company was in charge of the cash register that day😆. He politely introduced us and told us that it tastes best chilled in a wine glass! Sweet and sour from the aroma Tastes like plum wine Slightly sticky texture A little sweet but not too sweet Slightly rice bran-like, but you can sense the grains and nuts that only low-polished rice can provide But still sweet 😃. Sweet and delicious as a dessert wine I had it with Nagasaki Fukusado sponge cake a few days ago Champagne split today 🤣. Half and half Pour in a 1:1 ratio Marriage of Philando and Champagne 😉. Makes it less sweet. Maybe just the right amount of sweet 🤔.

Don't forgive me 🐱. A white wine with a refreshing taste! At 🐱 it was a raw wine so it had a juicy sweetness, but this one was sharp with a strong acidity 😋. I bought it at the Aeon system big. This is the first time I've had an Aomori sake. It's sweet but easy to drink. It's delicious. I'm happy to pay about 1,000 yen for a 720ml bottle.

Aomori's sake is hard to find locally🥺 I thought I'd have to go out of the prefecture or poke around, but my wife bought some at a department store that the clerk recommended. It's a limited edition sake made by Momokawa, a sake brewery near Hachinohe, using "Mashigura" rice grown in Oirase town and fermented at low temperature for a long time. When we drank it chilled, my wife and I said, "Wow, this is delicious 😆 ". Fruity, light and elegantly sweet😍. It's similar to the Mimuro Sugi's Grazie Airdio that we drank recently. It's easy to drink, even though it's over 17 degrees alcohol. There are many other good sakes in Aomori 👏 besides Denshu, Hassen and Toyoupai.

I bought it because of the cool bottle, the lettering, and the phrase "cold brewed, Shiboritate limited edition"! It's a freshly squeezed new sake that's only available once a year 💓. Right after opening the bottle, it's super fresh ⚡️I'd say it's light and dry, but still nenne and not enough 😅. On the second day, the richness comes out. On the third day or so, I think the sweet aroma finally started to stand out ✨But by that time I only had one more batch left 🤣. The result was a type that was hard to open, but I enjoyed it 🕺🎵.

Japanese Sake Fest @ Osaka Bay Tower (・ω・`;) I see that the sake is from Nada. I recently found out that there is a small sake brewery in Nada and bought some Houmusume, which was outstandingly delicious! And this Hamafukutsuru! This is also wonderful! It has a beautiful breadth of flavor and just the right amount of body. The best part is the price: about 1,100 yen! I wish there was one in my neighborhood! When I go to Kobe for Onsen (hot springs), it is so close to the station that I might even stop by a sake brewery just for this!

This is the sake I got for New Year's. Last year, I received one with gold dust, but perhaps because I said that the gold dust didn't come out when I poured it into the glass, they gave me a separate one with gold dust (lol). When I went back to my parents' house, I didn't have any sake in stock, so I bought this bottle at a nearby supermarket. It was sold for about 1,000 yen in an ordinary supermarket that rarely stocks sake, so I honestly thought it would be good if I could drink it, but it turned out to be a very tasty sake that greatly exceeded my expectations 😆. It has an elegant sweetness and a light mouthfeel that breaks up nicely without any miscellaneous flavours, making it a good all-round sake that can be drunk alone or with food👍. The sake has been awarded the Gold Medal in the Wine Glass Sake Award 2020😄. It's a great sake to drink alone or with food.
