Sangu is the first time in about 2 years of sales. It has a solid body with the power of Aizan, but it feels lighter than the last time I drank it. It also seems a little sweeter... Is it my imagination? I have no complaints, and I still like the same type, but I wonder if my taste buds have changed? When I evaluate it calmly, I can taste the flavor and the sharpness is good. Kansai Sake-no-wa Year-End Party 2024⑦ Sake brought by me. According to bouken-san's information, the brewer of this sake brewery in Mie passed away suddenly and Sawasa Shuzo went out of business. The information is only based on fragments of information, and there is no proof. Currently, the website remains, but the online store is closed. I'm thinking of having a series of "can't-drink-twice" sake for the annual off-line meeting, but other people also brought a lot of "can't-drink-twice" sake 🤣. Sangu INPREVUE Anprevue Junmai Ginjo Sake - 40 degrees, slightly fruity, a mix of rich sweetness as well as rich sourness, not like a noble wine or ice wine where the sweetness stands out, but a rich sweet and sour taste. I thought this was delicious and interesting, but it's a shame we won't be able to drink this kind of alcohol anymore 😭 Thank you Sawasa Sake Brewery for the treat 🙏.

Return Series. With the concept of "to the world", alcohol 12℃. It's something I've been curious about because of my perception that it's an emerging force in Niigata. It's a white wine taste. Almost a white wine. The sourness of the wine was so strong that I gave up on it.

A 50% polished Junmai Daiginjo, Meguro Gorosuke, from Tama Flavor in Uonuma City (formerly Morimon Village), Niigata Prefecture. As is typical of Uonuma sake, it is a ginjo-shu that is not overly aromatic. I remember drinking it once at Tatsuya, a yakiton (grilled pork dumpling) restaurant in Numabukuro on the Seibu Shinjuku Line.

Lighter than expected, sour, sweet and ricey. I was worried before drinking it because it had quite a bit of color, but I was relieved to see the explanation on the back label. The Tama Flavor brewery is known for its regular brand, Tama Flavor, which is a light, dry sake that is the king of Uonuma, but they also brew Itkey and 46°C Echigo-Bushi (Samurai), which I recognized once again as a brewery with a very sharp personality.

From the jacket, I thought it would be a light, dry, smooth and elegant type 🤔. When I drank it, I found it to be medium dry with a solid richness and flavor... 😋 I felt like we suddenly became friends🎶. Sauteed peppers with salted kelp (salted kelp flavor), turban shells in a jar, goes well with a variety of Japanese food😻 It's also a great gift 👍✨.

I usually don't drink that much 🍷 and 🍶 a little vacation. I only drink Nouveau 🍷 at a small wine specialty shop owned by the owner, who has experience as the best sommelier in Japan every year. (I told him that I actually like Sake and he said that he only drinks Obuse Sogape and one other sake brewery for everyday drinking...I'm curious...wait a minute...he came from the back and brought me this! I'm sorry, I don't know this brewery...but they have hiyaoroshi and yamahai. So he shared his favorite hiyaoroshi with me! It's easy to drink, has a nice mouthfeel, and is dry with a nice flavor and sharpness. It's also delicious and reminds me of a white wine! The Nouveau chosen by the owner this year was expensive... but he said he had no choice because of the weak yen and the international situation.

Sannomaru Autumn hiyaoroshi from Kaito Otokoyama Shuzo. There is almost no standing aroma, but the hint of aroma is pear. It is a junmai sake that was fire-aged before storage and bottled fresh. It has a rich flavor, but it is still fresh, so it is not hard to drink and before you know it, you will be back for more.

Tonight's second bottle was Tsushimaya🌸 It's a sake from Gifu, and as fragrant😍 and rich as the first bottle of Jyushiro, this one is more refreshing and crisp. Both were so good that we ended up emptying the entire bottle 😂. I'm not sure what to make of this, but I'm sure it's a good idea. I promised myself to take a rest day tomorrow😅.

🌧☃️ This is the one that I keep coming back to every year. This year, it's origari, and the expectation is MAX❣️! The name of the wine is "Tropical". This year is also pineapple 🍍!
